the bill for that.

It says when you put 10 percent
ethanol in every gas tank in America. . .

oil demand by 2 percent.

First, we can't produce
that much ethanol.

Second, using it as an additive
allows the oil companies. . .

. . .to pump up octane levels and sell
more premium gas to SUVs.

ski masks, guns and paper bags?

Forget the subsidy argument.

Making a gallon of ethanol
takes almost a gallon of oil.

That's like saying using tonic water as
an additive reduces our demand for gin.

Trade lowers prices for Americans.

so cheap over at Wal-Mart?

have been good for some of you.

But mostly, it's a windfall
for huge conglomerates.

I'm embarrassed by it,
