So just a quick repetition to the previous type of pattern we already used.

The previous tutorial we used the rectangular pattern to create one directional pattern or two directional patterns as we see here.

And then we use the circular pattern to create this pattern according to the circular pattern or cylinder.

And now we're going to use the user pattern. We see in the rectangular pattern that we couldn't select this edge because it is not straight.

So what if I want to make also hold with this power to this non-straight path.

So in this case we can use the user pattern and define our path where we want the pattern to be done.

So this first create a sketch on this face.

And let's choose the point and pick the places where we want to make our pattern.

We can select the snap to point to be easier to select on the grid.

So let's exit this sketch.

And let's select the hole.

The process in, we can select the point of each select this point. It's going to select the hole sketch.

So as you notice, we are making a pattern on all the points we created.

If you want some point to skip, just click on it so you're going to skip making that pattern.
