She doesn't go to our school or
I'm sure I'd have noticed her.

- Well, maybe she put it

- Well, the big question is,
how do I find out who she is?

- Well, you'll just have
to enquire around and see

if somebody knows her.
[doorbell rings]

It's some friends of mine.

it's sort of a case of mistaken
identity, you might say, Dave.

The same thing happened to
me when I was in college.

There was this redhead.

- What redhead?

- [laughs] Believe me, Harriet.

It had nothing to do with
Rick's writing on the picture.

- What picture?

- You'd better show
it to him, Rick.

- Oh, it's just a
picture of a girl.

- Hey, that's mine!

It was in my notebook.

- Well, it must have
fallen out, Dave.

Dave, it was really my mistake.

I found it on the floor and
put it in Ricky's notebook.

- Mom figured it belonged to me.

- Hey, come on, Ricky.

- Well, now you know
the worst, Dave.

She's fickle.

I'm in kind of a hurry.

night expecting to meet her.

- He hasn't told me anything.

He just keeps glaring at me and
trying to erase the writing.

- Why don't you ask him to let
you bring her to the party?

That'd solve everything.

The worst he can

hadn't have dropped

the picture in the first place,
then Mom wouldn't have found it

and put it in my notebook.

- That's a brilliant argument.

- Well, obviously, you
don't care much for the girl

or you wouldn't leave her
picture laying around where

your brother can write on it.
