and it targets those who hire
illegal immigrants.

The governor signs

same state that offered a bill

candidates to show

their birth certificates
in order to get on the ballot?

of Washington rescinded

his driver's license
after the piece came out.

He needs his car to get to his
job with a small moving company

and to take his kids
to school in the morning.

I thought we could have him on.

a human face on immigration.

How about putting a human face
on the guy whose job he took?

that people wanna come to America

and we value our diverse
population in Arizona,

but we just want people to immigrate
legally and become citizens.

And I'm sure that's what's behind
the emotion and the vitriol--

Americans hate it when people don't

My point is that whatever side
of this you're on,

the rhetoric we use to talk about
these people who risk their lives

to have a shot

These people chose to take a
huge risk to become Americans

and they deserve a better
descriptor than "illegals."

about immigration policy;

this very issue onstage
