When Detective Dougherty only
showed Ann Harlow one photo,

he left her no real choice.
She did exactly what he wanted her to do:

She picked Calvin.

That's not an identification.

best identification in the world,

So when you think about all the
evidence here, consider this:

Is it really a surprise that when
they went to arrest Mr. Hines,

he had a knife on him?

And not just any knife,
a small folding knife.

Exactly the type of weapon the
victim said her rapist used.

Mr. Kellerman
calls that coincidence.

I call it proof beyond
a reasonable doubt.
