of the girl's house

The vehicle she was driving
was registered to a Dion Moore,

I did some digging.

This guy's got
quite a little rap sheet--

All misdemeanors,
plus a felony possession,

but it looks like they weren't
able to make that one stick.

- Guy sounds like
a nasty piece of work.

offering Shonda a better deal

for her cooperation,

the goods

on this Dion character.

Either way,
it seems like charging her

as the sole defendant on this
is a big reach to me.
