Hello, my dear friend.

Now we are going to do a meditation for healing our world.

This meditation will help you increase your healing love energy as we join our love together

to bring healing to ourselves, to our families, to every person in the world.

The more energy we send out to help others to heal, the more healing energy the universe

returns to each of us.

Now relax yourself.

Take a slow, gentle deep breath three times.

Join healing through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Wear a smile on your face.

Show your chin back a little to make your whole spine straight.

Open your hands.

Say in your mind, I am in the universe.

The universe is in my body.

The universe and I combine together.

Then you caught upon your mass to its energy to join you.

Change yourself feel the quietness, the stillness, the emptiness of the universe.

Put your tongue against the roof of your mouth.

Now focus in your lower dantian.

Try to use your energy shining brightly in your lower dantian.

Slowly move the energy from your lower dantian up to your heart level.

See the energy glowing like a brilliant red sun.

This is the light of your soul.

The light of your healing power flowing from West Indio.

Slowly begin moving the red sun energy up from your heart to your throat and hold it

at your throat level.

Now slowly begin moving the red sun energy from your throat to your forehead and hold the

energy in your thirt eye.

Slowly begin moving the energy from your thirt eye to the top of your head.

Bring your focus from the top of your head out into the universe.

You see a huge brilliant sun glowing in the universe.

This sun is so beautiful and powerful.

It is glowing with the unconditional love of all the universe.

It is the light of heaven, the light of God glowing in the universe.

Now release the energy of the red sun from the top of your head.

It is rising up towards the universe of sun.

Thousands and millions of red suns, just like yours, rising up, moving higher and higher,

all world is based in the love energy of the universe.

As the world turns, you see the western hemisphere blanketed by the light.

You see the United States, every corner of the country is filled with light, the love

energy of the universe.

As you look closer, you see all of the people in the country, they are all smiling.

They are so happy, so peaceful.

They are walking on the beach in the mountains on the streets of the cities.

You see families playing together, everyone so happy, every person is filled with love

for each other.

As the world continues to revolt in the light of the sun, you see the middle is glowing

in the light.

There is no fighting there, no conflict.

People are shaking hands, smiling to each other.

All the mistakes of the past, all of the past conflicts are forgotten, as people forgive

each other for the mistakes they have made.

Any anger or fears or conflicts of the past are gone now, replaced by love, compassion,

and understanding.

The light of unconditional love has changed the heart of every man, every woman, every

child.

They are filled with love for each other.

They are so happy, so much at peace.

As the world continues to turn, you see all of Africa, people are dropping their weapons,

they are shaking hands.

There is no more violence, no more war.

They are embracing each other, every person is reaching out to help another.

As we send them our love, we can see them changing.

They are bringing food and water to share with each other.

There is no more drought, no more hunger.

You see all of the children, they are so happy, so healthy, and they are smiling and laughing.

They are running and playing with each other.

Every person is filled with the joy of life.

Now, you can see all of Asia shining so beautifully inside the sun.

You see China, and all of the other countries in Asia.

You can see every part of the country.

You see people coming out of their homes, they are waving to their neighbors, they are

smiling and embracing each other, they are greeting each other like family.

They understand now that we are all family, we all live in the same home, the same planet,

we are all connected.

As the light of unconditional universal love continues to flow through our world, through

every corner of our planet, you see the beauty everywhere.

You see the continent of Australia.

People across the continent are so filled with joy.

You see young people reaching out to help older people.

You see older people helping young children.

On every person's face, you see such peace, such happiness.

You see how loving people are towards each other.

You see all of South America now.

There is no more struggle now.

There is no hunger, no children without family, no one is homeless.

Everyone is helping each other.

There is no more poverty, no more conflicts.

The healing power of love is a feeling every heart.

You can see it so clearly within the healing power of the light.

Every corner of our world, every person is so peaceful, every person has a smile on their

face.

Every person is greeting each other like brother and sister, like mother and child.

They are all family.

We are all family together on our world.

In the light, now you can see the spirits of people who were killed in wars, war violence,

or accidents.

You can see their troubles, spirits.

Everyone who needs our love to move forward in their circle of life, say to them, please

take our love, take as much love as you need to heal your fears, to help you move on

in your circle of life.

Now you can see their spirits starting to change.

All of the dark, heavy burdens they carried are leaving them now.

Their spirits are healing.

The love from all of our hearts.

The healing love of the universe is healing all their wounds, all their fears.

Their spirits are becoming lighter now.

They are free to move on now, knowing in the next Soul-Cov-Life they will have a wonderful,

wonderful life filled with love and happiness.

Now, you can see your family in the light.

You see the light in their hearts.

You see the joy in their faces.

You see any energy blockages changing into butterflies and returning to the universe.

You see them one by one.

All of their blockages are disappearing.

All of their energy channels are open.

There are no more blockages, no more eggs or pains, no illness or worries.

All of your family completely healed and completely healed.

Now you see yourself in the light.

You see the energy of your body is completely purified.

You feel so wonderful.

Every part of your body, every cell in your body is filled with light.

returning to everybody in the world.

You see your light coming closer to you now.

Coming down and down and down, down to the top of your head.

Now the light is moving down to your forehead.

Now you bring the light down to your throat.

Now the light moves down to your heart.

The light fills your whole chest.

You see your heart filled with the light.

The energy of your heart is so big now, so beautiful.

Your energy is so beautiful.

You have even greater love now in your heart, greater forgiveness, greater compassion.

Slowly you conduct the energy down to your lower dantian.

And you see the light changing into an energy ball that is spinning and spinning, growing

smaller and even brighter now as it changes into an energy pill.

And you put it behind a navel.

Now you say thank you to your master for helping you in this meditation.

And take three gentle deep breaths.

Drop your hands together and massage your face.

Form your head and massage your ears.
