Now we are coming to the ending.

You feel you have been meditating in this temple for a long, long time.

Your heart is so open.

From the head to the toe, your whole body is based in this holy energy.

You are blessed by so many masters.

You feel so great honored.

Before you see yourself getting up, I'm focusing on your heart.

You promise your masters, your promise to your God that you are going to bring all these

beautiful messages from your heart to share with anyone in your life.

And you want the world to become a better place because of your service.

So slowly you get up.

With a big bow, you say thank you to this place.

You say thank you to everyone in this room, in this paradise.

You say thank you to all the beings.

And you say thank you to your masters.

Suddenly, one day, you will come back to this place to meditate again.

Together with your master, now slowly, quietly, you are walking out from this paradise.

Now you take a look at around all the lights on the walls, all the people, other beings meditating

over here, and you smell the holy smell in this building.

This place is so dear to you.

You got a feeling that you don't want to live this place, but you got a mission.

You need to step out at this time.

You are sure that one day you will come back again many many times more.

Now slowly, you walk out the door.

Now you see this guy is so open.

You can hear the birds singing again.

At this time when you are hearing the singing of the birds, you feel so different because

your hand already opened many many many times more.

The way you look at the world, the way you feel the world is so different.

The roses are still in blossom, they are all smiling.

They are all saying in their own way, congratulations to you.

Now at this time on the left side you see the lotus pond and all the lotus flowers now

are in blossom.

The smell is so penetrating, so loving, so healing.

No words can reveal the beauty of this flower and smell.

And your master steps over and pick a lotus flower and hand it to you.

You feel so honored to receive this flower and you bend over, you nail down to receive

this holy flower.

At the moment when you receive this flower and you know from your heart that you are

going to commit your life, you are going to promise the universe or your masters that

in the rest of your life on the earth, you are going to do whatever you can.

To bring people with more joy, with more peace, with more healing.

When you want this world because of you, you will become a better place for everyone to enjoy.

And you want your children, your grandchildren, your great grandchildren and many many

general reasons because of you, their life becomes better.

And your master is holding your hand, helping you to get up with a smile, you to continue

to walk out of the gate.

Everything is so beautiful, so holy, you just love this place.

Right outside the gate, the cloud is waiting for you.

And now you stepped on the cloud with your master, you feel your body so light, so enlightened.

Now the cloud starts floating away from the temple, going down back to the place you meditated

in the cave.

When you are floating away, the temple is going far far away back to the universe.

You can see the gorgeous light shooting you in the entire universe.

And you know someday you are going to come back to this place again to meditate, to go up

to even higher level with your love, with your kindness, with your heart.

Go up to higher level to experience the power of the universe.

When you are flying down, you see many, many moons, many, many suns, they are all so happy

for you.

All the stars and clouds now you start seeing, use mountains, the beautiful globe.

And you are flying down, flying down and down.

Now you are above, right above the valley where you meditated in the cave, and then you

see the cave.

It seems all the trees noticed that you are coming back, they are waving their hands,

welcoming you to come back.

All the animals are standing over there, welcoming you to come back.

You are so happy to see them again.

The cloud is landing right at the entrance of the cave.

Now you see yourself stepping out from the cloud and walking towards to the cave.

Then you turn around to say goodbye to your master, thinking your master, for your master's

beautiful blessing and guidance.

With a smile, your master is going back to the end of the universe.

Now you see yourself stepping into the cave and sit down right at the place where you

meditated before.

And you sink deep into your heart to think about all the beautiful experiences you experienced

in the temple of heaven.

You feel so many aha moments, so many enlightening moments.

Your heart is more open.

You feel the freedom of your soul and your physical body.

You feel your compassion has grown so many times bigger.

And you found the passion of your life.

And you know this world will become a better place for everyone to enjoy because of your

service.

Before you come out from the cave, you say thank you to all the beings, all the spirits

around you, for their kindness, for their forgiveness and blessing.

You say thank you to your family, to all your friends, to all your ancestors, for their

wisdom, for their support.

Now slowly you stand up with great confidence and silver steam you stand up, you walk out

of the cave.

Now you start walking down along the path of the valley.

When you say goodbye to the cave, I will come back here soon.

Thank you so much.

And then the cave disappears.

All the animals, all the trees, all the flowers, they are all waving goodbye to you.

And they are going to miss you and they are going to see you again.

By following the path, you are walking down and down and down the valley, you smell the

beautiful smell of the forest in the valley.

You hear the sound of the water from the stream.

The wind is so beautiful, this guy is so blue.

Now you walk back to your room where you begin with this meditation.

You feel from the head to the toe, all the channels in your body open.

You feel you have no concerns, no worries anymore.

Every solid body is full of joy.

And you feel so ready to come out from this meditation and go back to the reality of

your life to help so many people with the healing, with the joy, with the love, with the blessing.

Now you conduct the light from your heart down to your lower dantian.

See the light as a ball, spinning, spinning, spinning, getting brighter, smaller, even brighter,

even smaller.

When it becomes an energy pill, you tuck the pill deep in behind the neighbor.

Take three gentle deep breaths.

To wrap your hands, with a smile, you open your eyes, and then your massage your face.

And your massage your ears.
