Now you have been meditating in this cave for a long, long time.

You don't know for how long you have been meditating over here.

It could be 10 days, 10 weeks, 10 months or 10 years.

But only one thing you know, you have been here for a long, long time.

Your heart is more open.

Your whole body is vibrating with its gorgeous energy.

Your energy is more purified because your heart is more open.

And unconditional love with compassion in your heart is really, really opening up.

And you feel your soul blessed and so loved.

And at the same time, you are so blessing and so loving.

Now you feel you are ready to go up even higher level to meditate.

You are ready to go up to higher level to open your heart to allow that unconditional

love energy to resonate together with that level, with your God, with your Master in the

universe.

So now you ask your Master again, my Master, my God, I'm ready to go up to even higher

level to open my heart.

Please come to help me to guide me and I thank you.

And you feel your Master is coming into the cave with gorgeous light.

With a smile, your Master, hold your hand and you see yourself getting up, following your

Master working out of the cave.

And you feel the freedom of your soul and your whole entire physical body.

And right at the entrance of the cave, there's a piece of gorgeous cloud floating right at

entrance.

Now your Master holding your hand together with your stepped on the cloud.

And then you start feeling your body is so light, so light and you become weightless.

Now together you are floating together with the Master on that cloud.

On the valley you are going up.

All the birds are singing, saying congratulations to you.

All the animals are cheering for you.

All the trees are waving hands to you.

You are so happy going up and up.

And you look down, mountains are underneath of you.

And then you look at the sky, it's so blue, so open.

And you are going up and up and up.

And you are passing the moon.

The moon is saying hi to you, waving the hands.

And then you are go passing the sun and the sun smiling so happy for you.

Now you start seeing a lot of stars.

The whole universe is so empty and at the same time feeling with joy, with happiness.

And you are going up and up and up.

You feel the universe is so huge and you are so small.

And you continue to go up.

Now ahead of you, there's a whole city, big buildings, light shooting up to the sky.

That is actually the temple of heaven.

Now you are so excited every cell in your body is in this gorgeous joy.

You have been longing to go to this place for a long, long time.

And now you are flying towards this place with your master.

And you are going up and up and up.

And you can see this temple even better.

Huge columns around.

And the beautiful clouds drifting around.

The whole music coming out from the temple means you can hear the bells.

So charming and at the same time so enlightening.

Now the cloud is landing right at the entrance of the gate to the temple.

And the gate open.

And the walls everywhere, the ceiling, the roofs are so height.

And marble stones are decorated with diamond.

And the gorgeous light coming out from every stone.

Now you are walking towards the big door, the entrance.

When you step on the steps, you can hear the music all over.

Beautiful, beautiful.

Lightening music, so soft, so blessing, so healing.

Now the front door opens.

When you walk in, there is a beautiful hall.

And then there is a beautiful path, it is right in front of you.

On the left side, there is a roses garden.

Roses are all in different colors.

The smell is so penetrating, so healing.

You take a deep breath, feel the joy from the flowers.

Birds with all colors are flying around.

You see hummingbirds, cardinals, white cleansed.

And birds of many different kinds, some you know, some you don't know.

And on the right side, there is a lotus pond.

Lots of lotus leaves, but the flowers are not in blossom yet.

And right in front of you, there is a fountain.

The holy water is running, so purifying, so enlightening.

Now your master is sparing over, picking a cup, dipping into the holy water,

and taking a full cup of holy water, and handed to you.

And you kneel down with a great thankfulness in your heart to receive this water.

And then you take a drink.

This holy water is running down your throat, going down your stomach.

Your whole body is vibrating with this joy, with this peace, the beauty inside.

There is no word can reveal.

You simply just feel so wonderful.

And then you take another drink.

Now you feel every organ is vibrating with this great energy.

All the consort and warriors simply in this vibration gone.

Then you take another drink.

Then you feel your soul is completely open.

The beautiful joy.

The pure soul in your heart completely comes out.

Now you really feel the true connection between you and your master, between you and your

god.

And you give the cup back to your master.

And your master with a smile puts the cup back to its own place.

Now you stand up following your master walking into the temple.

Now the door of the temple open inside everything is so quiet.

Huge candles are lit up.

When you step in, you see this is a paradise inside this paradise.

A lot of people are meditating.

And you know you recognize in this place a lot of buddhas, a lot of people like Lao Su,

a lot of ancient masters.

And some masters you know, some masters you don't know.

They have been meditating here and get themselves enlightened.

On the wall you see pictures of buddhas, pictures of Muhammad, Jesus, Lao Su and many, many

different masters, ancient masters.

You feel so blessed and so loved, you feel so such great honored in your heart and you

got a chance to meditate in this place.

With great thankfulness, with great gratitude, now you follow your master.

And go find your place to sit down.

There is already a pillow waiting for you.

You sit down and you see yourself doing a full load of sitting again.

And you close your eyes.

With deep joy and appreciation, gratitude, you sit down, you close your eyes.

Then you put your hands together right in front of your chest.

And you sink your energy deep in your lower dantian.

And you feel your entire body in this warmth.

Every soul of the body is based in this holy energy.

And you can feel the presence of all these ancient masters.

You don't want to waste any second.

And you go right deep into the oneness.

And you see your master sitting right next to you, helping you, going deeper into your

meditation.

Every cell of your body is smelling this holy energy.

In your heart, you can hear this holy music so enlightening, so penetrating.

You are in the oneness.

The oneness is in you.

You are in the emptiness.

The emptiness is in you.

You are in the universe and the universe is in you.

Stay in this oneness till the end of this meditation.
