Hello, my friend. We are going to start a two hour long meditation. In this meditation,

please join me meditating in the temple of heaven.

Just make yourself comfortable and feel how relaxed you are.

If you are sitting, feel your shoulders are dropping onto the floor. When your shoulders

are relaxed like that, every part of the body is relaxed. If you are lying down, you

feel your whole body sinking into that place. As you feel, you completely surrender yourself

to the universe and feel how good you feel, how wonderful you feel. Then you put a smile

on your face. This smile is coming from your heart. You feel the joyful moment at this

moment for yourself. Then you take three gentle deep breaths. You notice you are taking

this gentle, slow, comforting breaths. And then you focus on your lower dantian. Feel

this beautiful light shining in your lower dantian. That is the light of your vitality.

I focus on this light. You notice your physical body is here. And then you notice your mind,

your heart and your spirit are right here with you. And you feel your whole body is so

grounded. Now you continue to smile. You are feeling this smiling, traveling in the

entire body from the head to the toe. And you see the light in your lower dantian is getting

even brighter and even brighter. And now you start feeling this nice warmth in your

lower dantian. It's so healing, so supporting. Then slowly you bring this light from your

lower dantian up to your heart. And you see this light in your heart shining even more

beautifully. This is the light of your soul and this is the light of your unconditional love.

And you feel your heart is so open. Your whole chest is vibrating with this beautiful energy,

beautiful light. And by focusing on this light you caught a point, your gut, your masters,

or simply the universal energy to help you. When you call upon their energy, you call

upon their energy with great respect, with great thankfulness in your heart. When you hold

this gratitude in your heart, your heart opens up much faster and you can make even better

connection between you and your God, between you and your master. When you feel you ready,

now you open your heart and say this aloud inside after me. My God, my master, the universe,

I love you. I love you so much. Thank you so very much for your love, for your forgiveness,

and for your kindness. Thank you so very much for all the blessing and healing you have given

to me. And now in this meditation, please come to help me to guide me to a higher level

to meditate so that in that level I will open my heart. I will allow my unconditional

love to resonate together with that of yours. Please send your powerful unconditional love

and healing energy to help me to open my heart more to you, to help me to open all the

energy centers, all the energy channels, and all the energy blockages in my body so that

can be healed, I can be balanced more completely. As I'm healed, I'm going to bring a lot of joy,

happiness, healing, love and peace to my family, to my friends, to my community and even

to the world. And I thank you. Then you visualize your God, your master, or the unconditional

love of the universe as a brilliant sun shining right there at the center of the universe.

This sun is so powerful, so loving, so caring and so healing. Now you see this sun sending

your beams of light into your heart, making the light in your heart even brighter. You

feel your heart is so open, welcoming in this light. You feel your heart is being felt

with this perfect joy, pure love, and powerful and unconditional loving, healing energy. You

feel your whole body is vibrating with this joy, with this healing. You feel your soul

thankful, so grateful to your master. Now you see the light in your heart is getting

bigger and bigger, brighter and brighter still. Then you see you feel your whole chest is

in the light. And then your entire body is in the light. In this light, you see the light

so clear. Crestly clear. There is no energy blockage in any part of the body. You feel

Feel the channels in the neck, in the shoulders, in the arms, in the elbows, in the hands, open,

Feel the channels in the upper back, middle back and lower back, open, open and completely

open.

Feel the channels in the chest, in the breast, in the lungs, in the head, open, open and

completely open and you can feel that.

Then you feel the channels in the liver, in the pancreas, in the stomach, open, open and

Feel the channels in the kidneys, open, open and completely open.

Channels in the reproductive organs, open, completely open.

Channels in all the tissues and organs in the torso, open, open and completely

open.

You have no concerns, no worries.

You feel how good you feel, how wonderful you feel.

Then the channels in the hips, in the thighs, in the calves, in the knees, open, open,

completely open.

Then the channels in the ankles, in the feet, in the toes, open, open and completely

open.

Feel the breeze running through from the head to the toe, so free, so blessing and so

healing.

Now, if you have any aches and pains, any tumors, any stones, or any physical symptoms,

at this moment, in the slight.

You invite them to transform into beautiful butterflies, coming out of the body, going

away back to the universe, and you say good-bye to them.

Goodbye my friends.

Thank you so very much for all these days and nights staying with me, helping me, guiding

me back to the right track of my life.

Now I am back in the right track.

It's time for you to go back to the places you really belong to in the universe.

And you see all these butterflies are so happy to go home.

And you feel so happy that finally they find a chance to go home.

Now you feel how good you feel with your physical body.

It is so wonderful, so healing, so balancing.

You feel your spine is stretching, growing longer, longer, straighter and straighter.

You feel youth is coming back to your internal organs, onto your face.

You feel that strength is coming back to your arms, to your spine, to your legs, to

your neck.

You feel the joy, love, forgiveness, kindness, all coming back to your heart.

You feel how wonderful you feel.

And then you invite any negative emotions in this light also to transform into beautiful

butterflies, going away back to the universe.

Seeing all these negative emotions, anger, anxiety, doubt, frustration, depression, stress,

worries, concerns, they all got transformed into beautiful butterflies too, going away

back to the universe.

Now you start feeling you have a soul freedom in your spirit, in your soul.

And you feel so happy inside.

This happiness is running through your entire body, running through every cell.

You feel so wonderful.

And you go even deeper, you invite all these wrong information, negative information, negative

stories which happened long, long, long, long time ago.

Maybe from your past life?

Maybe from now?

Some you can remember, some you cannot.

It doesn't matter.

In your heart, and invite all these negative memories, negative information and stories,

also get transformed into beautiful butterflies coming out from every part of your body, going

away back to the universe.

Now in even deeper level, you set yourself free.

You feel so good.

You have no concerns, no worries anymore.

At least at this moment you give yourself a pure moment of love.

And now you start seeing beautiful light in every part of your organs.

You see your liver is in green.

Your heart is in red color in red light.

Your kidneys, your reproductive organs, are based in dark blue light.

Your whole lungs are in white light.

You see your stomach, your pancreas is enveloped in yellow light.

You feel so, so good.

Your whole body is in purple light, beautiful purple light.

Or any other light you can see at this moment.

You are so blessed and you are so loved.

You are so blessed and you are so loved.

Now you feel all the channels in your body completely open.

You feel your heart energy, the unconditional love in your heart is completely awakening

up.

Every cell in the body is smiling.

Every cell in your body is radiating with this beautiful love.

Now you feel you are ready to go up to higher level to meditate.

You ask your master, my master.

I believe I am ready to go up to higher level to experience the power of the universe.

Please help me.

Please bring me to the place I can go deeper into my meditation so that I can allow my

heart's energy, my unconditional love to resonate together with that of yours in that

level.

Then you see your master is holding your hand, standing up, walking out of the door where

you are meditating now, going towards a mountain, you are walking, walking.

Now you are stepping on the stones, the steps stones leading you to a cave.

Now you are walking in a valley.

The trees are so tall, birds are singing around and you can smell the smell of a forest.

The earth is running around.

All these birds and animals see you and they are so happy to see you, they are all singing

high to you.

You continue to walk up along the valley.

Now ahead of you you see the sudden entrance of a cave.

You feel so happy.

This is the place from ancient time to nowadays.

Thousands of thousands of masters have been meditating here, getting themselves enlightened.

And now you get a chance to go into this cave to meditate.

You feel you are so honored.

And you keep walking with excitement in your head.

So so blessed and so loved.

You smell the beautiful smell in the forest in the valley.

Huge mountains, huge trees, variety of animals.

And the sky is so blue, the trees are so green, flowers are everywhere.

This is a sacred place.

Now your master is leading you into the cave.

And you can smell that sacred, the holy smell right inside.

Your whole body is vibrating with this great energy.

Then you found the rice bar for you.

And your master invites you to sit down.

And you sit down right on the ground.

There's a blanket right over there.

You use the blanket to cover your knees.

You see yourself doing a full lotus sitting.

Putting your hands together like you are making a prayer.

And then with a smile on the face, you close your eyes.

Now you start your meditation in this cave, in this holy sacred place.

And now your master is walking out of the cave, leaving you alone meditating in this beautiful

place.

You feel there's a beautiful light in your heart.

Now the light is getting bigger and bigger.

Then you see your whole body is in the light.

Then you see your light and the light is here.

In the light you feel that you are in the Oneness.

The Oneness is in you.

You and the Oneness are one.

And you stay in this Oneness for as long as this meditation goes.

And you feel how good you feel, how wonderful you feel.

In this Oneness you allow the universal energy to help you with any levels of balancing.
