The soul that lies dust-laden among the stars, the sun and the moon

Awakens the helplessness of a delirious nightmare.

Uncovering this destiny's thread of events,

cannot escape this lifetime of loneliness.

Behind lies gloomy haze,

before lies a mountain pass.

Even if I want to escape, there is no running away.

But regardless of how fate governs my life,

my persistent heart won't change.

No matter how much time passes and how much the world changes.

Listening to the forlorn sound of the guqin, can't forget what should be forgotten.

Mortal relations entrap my youth.

Forgive the clear arrogance I've hidden in my heart.

go forth into battle and face the vastness, mightiness of the earth and heaven.

Life is also desolate

deeply attracted, like a roaring blaze burning.

The past, watch as I walk once through the ups and downs.

Using the cold blade edge and the guqin's solitude, write the events of the past and of today.

the lonely sword against my fingertip, speak and laugh easily.

Shaogong

Stop making so many excuses

Saying whatever not the right timing.

I don't have that much patience

If you don't hurry up

Don't even think about seeing your Xun Fang again

You also don't want to see the woman you love

become a company to the lost souls here.

Alright

I can agree to your request

It's just that after I successfully make the pill

You must let Xun Fang go

I still have to depend on you to find the jade ornament

to make celestial medicine. We're all in the same boat.

I won't harm you

The spiritual power of Zhu Long is limited.

We still need to wait 24 hours -Then I will wait for you for 12 hours

What is it Susu?

Is the sword reacting to something?

I can't say for sure

I kept feeling that the Sword of Burning Solitude want to response to something evil.

Ever since we left the village the sword doesn't seem to have reacted to much at all

No. The sword should have felt the demonic presence here

I think this is the regrettable aura of the Zi Xian Hills

We're so far away yet the sword can still feel it

Then if we get closer it will only get stronger

Relax. I will control it.

You definitely must not fight

Remember, you must not draw your sword. If anything happens, retreat.

Senior brother!

Did you get anything at Qing Yu Clan?

In Lei Yen's inner chamber we found this mask

He should be the masked man

-Susu! -So it was him!

I must find Lei Yen and ask him why he had to do that!

Tusu. You must be calm

Don't forget. We must first rescue Shao Gong.

I know. I won't let my emotions control me.

Tusu, I believe in you. Let's first go in and find Shao Gong

Then we'll go catch Lei Yen

Why is it so smoky in the early day?

This mountain is full of hateful energy

It became like smoke, and hasn't dissipated for years

That's right. It does came from the smoke.

The trees and woods in the dark. All year long, they don't have the sun light on them.

I've heard that hundreds of years ago, there was a massacre here.

the entire mountain's population was destroyed

Don't overthink it

Tusu!

Ling Yue!

Qian Shang!

Qing Xue!

Okay!

-Drink mine! -Ah, your wine is sweet!

Your wine is just superb!

-okay okay okay! -Have another cup!

Give me back my life!(x3)

-What demon is there? Hurry and come out! -Give me back my life(x4)

Give me back my life!(x6)

-Qian Shang! -Shao Gong?

Qian Shang, leave with me.

-It's okay now Qian Shang -This...

What is this Shao Gong?

This is the dream creating plant's seed that I got from the East Sea

I heard that when you swallow it, it'll take root and grow

And the host body will slowly sleep

Forever enjoying a happy dream

No(x3)

I don't need it

Stay inside your dream, Qian Shang

No(x14)

I don't want it!

Shao Gong! I don't want it Shao Gong!

Hong Yu!

Are you okay?

I'm okay

Where did you go just now?

I don't know

where in the world did I went to?

Qian Shang. Only you will know that answer.

Could it be that this is my heart's fears?

It's the first time I saw that

Have you ever been to the chamber from your dream?

No

I heard that this is a type of magic

It is called Yan (nightmare).

Because it came from the energy of resentment

that pull out the fear from your heart. It made you think Shao Gong... -Hey,

It was just my dream

What you think of in the day becomes dreams at night

Let's not even talk about daydreaming. Even if we're talking about life and death, it's just a long dream.

Run around in this flowery world for a hundred year.

Who isn't like that in this world?

It's just you, my sister Hong Yu

How did you escape from the dream?

This place's spirits simply can't trap me

Could it be that you are also an immortal?

Is that how you pay back the person who saved your life?

If I knew earlier I wouldn't have saved you. If you have the time to ask this sort of question,

-why don't you go and look for the others? Right(x3)

Hey!

Let's go

Susu! Susu!

Susu! Su-

Qing Xue! I'm here.

Susu! Why are we at Youdu?

Qing Xue. Hurry and bring Tusu over.

Grandma!

Weren't we just in Zi Xian Hills?

Susu

Qing Xue. I listened to you.

I came back with you, I won't leave again.

Who are you?

I'm the Han Yunxi you've never forgotten

Qing Xue be careful! He's been controlled by the sword!

Grandma!

Grandma no! Grandma!

Come out! Come out and fight with me!

-Big brother save me! (x2) -Little brother!

Big brother save me!

Hu Zhi! Hu Zhi!

Big brother came back! Where are you?

Susu, it's me. Susu!

Qingxue, it's me -Susu!

Qingxue, it's me Susu!

Susu

Everything is an illusion

Qing Xue. You are dreaming! Hurry and wake up!

He's not Tusu. Qingxue, attack!

Quickly attack!

Quickly attack!

Qingxue

Sister Hong Yu -Are you alright? I'm fine

Brother Qian Shang. Thank you for bringing me back.

What was that just now?

I thought I really went back to Youdu.

The lost souls has taken control over here.

The souls will according to each person's fear and create the hallucination.

What you saw just now, was all a hallucination

-No wonder -What kind of hallucination were you in?

Before, I always wanted to bring Susu to Youdu

But this time it actually happened!

In the Goddess Nuwa's temple, he killed all the elders

and grandma too! It must be the things I hoped for most,

paired with the thing I feared most, happening all at once.

Don't be worried. Just now you were all controlled by your fears.

Concentrate and remain in control. Then nothing big will happen.

We should hurry and look for Tusu

With the muderous aura on him, it'll be easy to be controlled by the hallucinations

That's right. What's important now is the find Tusu.

Mother!

Mother! Where are you?

Mother! Where are you?

Mom.

Mom, where are you?

Mother! Where are you?

Susu!

Susu!

Yunxi. What is it?

Did your fellow disciples bully you?

No. They all treat me very well.

If that is the case, why do you look so troubled?

Teacher. Even though I have my fellow disciple's care.

But sometimes,

I think of Wu Meng Valley

You miss home?

I think of my mother and the dead tribe members

Teacher. What medicine is there in this world that can bring the dead back to life?

There is such a thing. I'm just afraid that it won't be easy.

Teacher. Please tell me!

No matter how hard it is, I'm willing to give it a try

In order to bring them back to life

you must use great amounts of energy

and open the seal on the Sword of Burning Solitude

and let it be controlled by you

Control the sword?

That's correct.

Possess this world's strongest energy

then you can use it

to bring back all your tribe's people from the dead, including your mother

Teacher. Teach me! Please teach me!

I beg you!

I'm just afraid you can't control the sword enough

and instead be harmed by the murderous power.

No matter what, I'm willing to give it a try!

If you are so determined,

Then come with me.

Susu! Susu!

Susu!

-Teacher. Do you hear someone calling for me? -Who?

Susu! I'm here!

Susu!

Susu!

I'm here Susu!

Teacher. Do you see a girl?

Nonsense

Susu

Baili Tusu

Susu..

This name sounds very familiar

Susu

I will soon help you release the seal

This way, you can bring your mother back to life

-Hurry and go in -Susu!

Susu!

Baili Tusu! - Baili Tusu...

Baili Tusu! Baili Tusu!

Who is Baili Tusu?

-Teacher, could it be me? -Ridiculous!

I never gave you a name like that

Han Yunxi is the name your mother gave you

Your mother sacrificed much for you

Hurry and go into the sacred area.

Susu!

Susu!

You can't go in with him!

Don't go in with him!

He's not your teacher! He's your hallucination!

Susu!

-Susu! It's a hallucination! -This isn't right!

You're not my teacher!

I'm Baili Tusu

The name teacher gave me was Baili Tusu

Teacher wanted me to choose my own path in life

You're not teacher!

Do you think you can leave here alive?

Susu!

-Susu! -Where's everyone else?

Sister Hong Yu went to look for Eldest Senior brother

Brother Qian Shang knows magic so he came with me to look for you

Qing Xue. Thankfully you were here or else things would have been much worse

I'm your lucky star

Good, you're awake. Come, let's go find Hong Yu

How come here feels like it's full of smoke?

Why don't we wait here for Tusu gege?

Xiang Ling. Your body just healed, and your energy is still low.

-Why don't you stay here? -What about you?

I think that since we've come anyway, we should go in and help Tusu

Don't worry. I have my jade with me.

I'll be okay.

-Big Dummy, then must be careful! -okay!

Where are you?

Hu zhi!

Save me! Hurry and save me!

Hu Zhi! Let go of him!

Shao Gong

If the events from the past repeats itself

what should the next step be?

Shao Gong will only listen to Chief's orders

to move this Zhu Long talisman.

But I don't know how to find the Jade Ornament.

Shao Gong!

Xiao Lan!

-Don't let him come in! Catch him! -Yes!

Go away!

Save me! Shao Gong! Save me!

-Shao Gong! Hurry and save me! Shao Gong! -Catch him!

-Save me! -You brat, stop right there!

Let go of me! Go die you!

Shao Gong! Hurry and beat them to death! Hurry! Beat them!

Lan Sheng!

Ling Yue. Hurry and wake up!

This is is a hallucination, made from your heart's fears

-Heart's fears? -That's right

Right now you just left your hallucination.

Then how do you prove that you are Hong Yu

-and not a part of my hallucination?

Do you still remember? When you were little, in your first year at Tian Yong City,

You asked your Honorable Master about the ancient sword, Hong Yu.

What about it?

Ling Yue. I am the sword immortal

Hallucinations are made from your heart's fears

It must have known some of the things you knew and thought about

Things you don't know about definitely won't appear

You're exactly right

Then how did you come in? Where are the others?

I am also a spirit. Not an evil spirit.

Qian Shang went to find Tusu and the others. Just now, I heard you calling for Lan Sheng

Let's go look for them

Qian Shang!

-Tusu! -Qing Xue!

Qian Shang! Qing Xue!

Ling Yue!

This is the Zi Xian mansion.

How come it's different from before?

That's right. This place should be broken down.

But now it's become like this

I think. This place's changes are as a result of someone's meddling

Correct. Or else the hallucinations would not suddenly change

It seems like the entire mountain has become a magical setting

-I think it'd be best if we reunite with Tusu first, then plan. -Okay

The spiritual energy already dissipated. This is another hallucination.

A place formed from the heart.

I've never come here before

Have you guys been here?

What about you Susu?

Someone's coming

Wait. Don't just rush forward.

Maybe it's an hullucination from the lost souls.

How could it be Lan Sheng and Yue Yan?

Lan Sheng didn't come with us

Tusu!

Senior brother.

Lan Sheng?

Careful

Let's take a short rest

I feel like he can't see us

Could it be that this is also a hallucination?

What should we be afraid of? Lan Sheng is already approaching.

He is in the hallucination. Should we wake him up?

No. You must not interrupt him.

I think we should step back for a moment.

In your hallucinations, did anything come up that you never saw before?

Lan Sheng this brat, has always grown up in Fang mansion

He never entered any sect

This definitely isn't his heart's fears

This is someone else's, and it also has to do with the memories stored here

Could it be an event from the past? -The past event happening today,

that's kind of vague. I think we should not rashly interrupt him.

Otherwise, he might be lost in his own dream.

I think we should let it take it's course. We can just observe the progress.

Let us wait for the opportunity.

Are you tired, Man Jun?

Senior Brother, thank you for piggy backing me to find the doctor.

It's too bad that my illness

did not get better.

As long as we can treat your illness, I don't feel troubled.

From when we were little until now

I've always been a burden to you.

Master also know that you were a burden to me from when we were little until we are grown up.

That's why he gave me your hands (in marriage).

To be burden by you this way is my pleasure.

Come

Lan Sheng.

Lan Sheng!

Dad.

Master!

Dad! -Master! -Dad! -Master!

Master, who did it? Who did it?

Man Jun. You guys are back.

Ye Wen Xian.

Zi Xian. Zi Xian. Zi Xian Mansion.

Zi Xian Mansion.

It was because of our. Because of our secret.

Lei'Er, take Man Jun and run.

Protect her well. Don't get revenge for me.

Dad! -Master. Master!

Dad, don't leave me behind. -Ye Wen Xian, I have to kill you to revenge for my Master!

Dad.

Man Jun.

I know you will feel extremely sad to leave home.

But we can't stay in Bi Shan.

To prevent them from finding us.

I understand.

Senior Brother, don't worry.

In these past few days, I've also thought of

Master is dead

we have to hold our filial duty for 3 years

and can't get marry.

The wedding

does not need to be rush.

As long... -Man Jun.

I need to leave home one time.

This time, if it's short, it will be 10 days.

If it's long, it will be a month.

Take good care of yourself. -Senior brother where are you going?

I have to take revenge for Master.

I few days ago, I got the news

that Ye Wen Xian wants to hold a fighting competition for marriage

to get a husband for for his daughter.

I want to take this chance to get into their place.

Too dangerous. Could you not go?

My dad, before he died, he said you are not to revenge for him.

How can I not take revenge for the massacre of our clan?

If I don't kill Ye Wen Xian

then I won't be able to live.

Good! Good! Good! Good!

Good! Beautiful! Great! A good fight!

Hit him! Good! Good! Good! Good!

You win.

Good! Good! Good! Good hit! Beautiful!

Good! Good!

Good! Good!

Good! Lady, great skill! Good!

Good! Good! Good!

Beautiful!

Good! Good! Good!

Young hero Jin actually have great martial art skills.

What is more rare is that you are young and yet not proud.

You withdraw when you are ahead, that is noble.

But I see that your martial arts does not have much pattern.

Don't know where you've learned that?

Oh, I really can't take your compliments.

Jin Lei's home is poor. We have a wine parlor.

Later there were people from Jiang Hu come often come and buy wine to drink.

So from all those comings and goings, I've learn a little bit.

Compare to others, this is just elementary.

Your martial art skills is so good and yet you said it's just elementary.

Then what are those who were just in the fight earlier considered?

Are you laughing at me?

Miss was just playing lightly and gave me a chance.

Zi Xian Mansion is very highly skilled in martial arts.

It's not something Jin Lei can easily beat.

Alright, you take you leave and rest.

Since this is a fighting competition for marriage.

What I've promised you, I will definitely not mistreat you.

Take your leave. - Goodbye.

Dad. -Alright. Alright.

Mr. Jin, where are you still here?

Miss Ye.

May I ask, why did you compete at the fighting competition for marriage?

I compete in the fighting competition for marriage, of course it was to become the son-in-law of Zi Xian mansion.

Then Mister did it because you wanted to be the son-in-law of Zi Xian Mansion

or was it because of me? -It was because of Miss.

Before I came for the competition, I thought I couldn't win, so

I practice very hard because I want to have a glance of you.

A glance of me?

Miss, do you remembered when you were little

and you went down the hills to purchase things with your father?

I can't remember.

Are you saying that, back then, you already...?

Already love at first sight?

You don't believe? I've out spoken.

Good-bye.

Stay.

Miss Ye. There is not a word of lie in what I've just said.

My heart was true. If Miss don't care for me

please speak plainly.

Even though I can't remember if we have seen each other before.

But today, I came

was to tell you

that from the time of (our) competition to now

I am just like you

Love at first sight.

Father has already made preparations for the wedding.

Good Bye.

Fell in love with the quietly flowing river of stars that fill the sky

as if a dream has covered itself in soft flowing robes

moist eyes cannot hold back the sorrow that stirs in my heart

In this moment, I should be leaning on your shoulder.

I still remember your simple and innocent appearance in the beginning

But now you've experienced the vicissitudes of life

Even if I'll get hurt, I'm still willing to forever

Wait at your side like this.

Look into the distance, in the direction in which you pointed

We went there to climb, to wander

In the distance, those clear bright times

Even now they are unforgettable.

Look into the distance, we were once impetuous in our youth

Nursing our dreams, we traversed the vast land

We searched for the heaven of love in distant places

I went flying with you.

Bravely fly into the distance.
