I found an exercise

that he managed to miss

that involves screening

the part of you that says,
"I don't want to do that.

Here's how it works.

I am going

When you catch the ball,
I want you to say

the name of a person
very important to you,

somebody really special,
who died.

And then I want you to say
how they died.

And... it feels like somebody
took my heart

A few years ago,

my family was
on a safari in Africa.

trampled to death

by a pack of wildebeests.

what killed them

to protect the neck,

the head to live separately
from the body.
