I think a good exercise

is a concept called
"fair fighting,"

to make sure that
when you do disagree,

things don't
spiral out of control.

So I've got a list of ten rules,

um, for each of you.

And then I've got this
little flash card thing here.

So what I'm gonna do
is introduce the rule

and then gonna ask you
to flash each other

at the same time
with your answers.

We'll go to a easy one first,

which is "no yelling."

The question is
do you break the rule?

And does your partner
break this rule?

Ready, one, two, three.

So... oh, okay.

So you think you both
break the rule,

and Craig was
giving you a pass on that.

So you don't feel that she
ever yells in the relation...

- No.

But her definition of yelling

is so skewed,
it's not even funny.

She's like, "Stop yelling,"

and I'm like, "I'm not--"
I was talking in this volume

but it was stern.

- If your voice is not
an inside voice, you're yelling.

And his excuse was that
he was from the North.

And that's how
they talk up there.

changed anything here?

- You know, this place

hadn't been restored
since you did it.

- 50 years.
- It's been 3--50 years.

- We paid $25,000 for it.

You get it in perfect shape,

I mean, I'll just give you

just to show you
what I'm dealing with.

I mean, you can see
where a lot of this wood...

But now I'm in charge,

when I was coming up,

he worked all the time.

He served three terms
in the state House.

He was in the state Senate.

And in '86,
he was serving in Congress.

And you can see, a lot
of these door encasings

need to be replaced.

Also, in the past 50 years,

he's actually been
buying and renovating

old Charleston homes.

Recently, he's
turned the portfolio

over to us kids.

- I'm almost 100 years old now.

I can't live long enough
to see you

- Somebody asked me

- My relationship with my father

is complicated.

I was ten when
my parents got divorced.

And it really
emotionally affected me.

You know, Suzy's brought Mom
over a couple times.

They really enjoy the visits.

some of the nursery rhymes

she learned from your mother.

all of them to us, you know.

I was the youngest of six.

And when my father left,

my mother spent so much time

taking care of my
Down syndrome brother, William.

And then all of my siblings

went to college
or got married.

I went from
this big, loving family

to just me.

And it totally changed who I am.

So anyway,

I gotta be running on.

Any wonderful words of wisdom?

all of my other siblings

are happily married

relationship problems.
