Kenneth Damon got into an argument

with his girlfriend's father Dale Prochnik,
the cemetery caretaker,

Damon tried to strangle him.

he vented his frustration and anger

with a wire coat hanger

and then stole his car.
DNA evidence will prove

the defendant's skin cells
were under Mr Rodzinski's fingernails.

DNA will prove the defendant's
hairs were on Mr Rodzinski's clothing

and also in his car. Fingerprints prove
the defendant was in Mr Rodzinski's car.

The chain of physical evidence
is overwhelming.
