the amazing thing

though he was struggling,

he still gave everything
that he had away.

So the community center went
under, but what happened to it?

My grandfather ran it
until the day he died,

and then my dad
took it over, and--

but in his defense, the
place was not built to code,

and fines kept piling up.

And he wasn't doing
it to be mean,

but it didn't make
sense for the business,

and therefore, it didn't
make sense for the family.
