A nonviable fetus
is not a person.

Now, she wants to say, "Hey,

as far as she's concerned,

it's a human being."

Well, that is exactly
the rationale

employed by people
who shoot doctors

at abortion clinics.

They're just protecting

the lives of the unborn.

Well, we don't let
those murderers

get away with it,

and we can't let this one.

And finally...

even should you choose

to ignore the law,

defy the Supreme Court,

and find this fetus
to be a person,

thereby affording
Mrs. Neilson

her novel defense,

her use of force

has to be reasonable.

It cannot be excessive.

The victim here was unarmed.

One shot was arguably excessive.

She fired six,

five after he lay on the floor.

He was very much a person.

This was a human being

There was a life
