this food scene is really
one of a kind.

And here in the capital, Georgetown,

old-school customs are celebrated
every single day.

This Unesco World Heritage listed
site is an absolute little gem,

and the setting for the sixth leg
of The Amazing Race Australia.

to a favourite dining spot for locals

This soup is said to be

Its secret is in the mix

Once they've devoured every morsel

Once the soles are cut,

they must assemble their shoes using
the tools and glue provided.

When they're ready, they will
present their shoes to Mr Wong,

and if he deems their work
satisfactory,
