This is Mondial 1.3.

And this is the model where we'll discuss the triangle chart pattern.

Both ascending and descending.

So let me first draw them for you here.

What we have here descending triangle

and this isn't the sending one.

When we see a descending triangle like this this tells us that the Bears are still in control because

they still manage to make lows right here.

But at the same time it's not able to make a new a new lower though.

Right.

So a descending triangle is actually giving us a clue that price may break to the downside because the

Bears are still in control.

The same thing with an ascending triangle.

If this happens after a done move Dismas signal that this whole thing this whole range here is the reversal

range

because the bulls are taking over now and this is like a little break to the upside.

This doesn't happen 100 percent though.

OK.

So with a descending triangle price may still break to the upside with an ascending triangle.

Triesman still break to the downside.

It's always important that we look at the higher timeframes.

We must always look at the higher timeframes to give us a clue of where we are in the whole story of

price action.

For example in this situation here this whole move may just be a continuation of a trend right.

This whole thing here is just a pullback.

If we're looking at just the most recent one we want to be able to understand the whole story of what

already happened in the past.

Right.

So let's dive into some charts now.

So here we have a cat chart.

It's H for and this is a triangle descending triangle right here.

So basically this is a pullback.

Price ranges and this triangle serves as a continuation pattern made in the lower here.

Here's another one number after a big trend right.

I Hy's halos and so on and so forth.

This is the first clue that tells you prize me and fly into a rage.

This is the second one.

What we have here range what kind of range the triangle the ascending triangle right

And you don't always get to see a perfect triangle form like that.

You have to kind of figure out and connect the dots here.

So again guys this ascending triangle here gives us a clue that price is still added to the upside.

So the slope where there is an understanding or descending may give us a clue.

Q. Let's look at an example here.

A failed triangle.

So this is a descending triangle.

And like the previous triangles we've seen this gives us a clue that prize me still had the downside.

However when you see a triangle that's extended it actually tells us that there's indecision between

the bulls and bears OK.

The longer the triangle the more concerned it is which way it's going to break.

Right.

Think about it in the bulls.

Sorry if the Bears are so strong.

Triangle would be shorter.

And then they're still able to push the down side.

The longer the triangle.

This means that for settlers to exist there need to be a straight.

That means they need to be inducing buyers.

And if people need to buy in this triangle so that the sellers get sell from them and push prices lower.

So the shorter it is the more likely it's going to break in the action with the slope here.

Right.

So in this case this is standing triangle actually breaks the upside

here's not a triangle that's trying to form here

again.

It's a very long triangle prices indecisive.

So there's also forms rectangular range

so pay attention to triangles and the slope.

And also keep an eye on where there is a descending are ascending triangle cause it kind of give us

clues to the direction of the break.
