What's the water situation?

AMAL: Um...we decided no water.

-NATHANIEL: Say what?

clearly bull[bleep] fight...

[overlapping shouting]

To try to just make sure J's
not gonna be able to fight

kinda told us a lot.

There's no water for them.

We have all the tools.
We have...really everything.

They have nothing left
on this island right now.

So this is just a good way
to weed them out.

NATHANIEL: Yeah, bull[bleep].

So much for a handshake
meaning something, huh?

Team Fight has taken away
water.

If these were two nations
having a trade alliance,

this would be an act of war.

I know they're mad.

They're starving, and since
I don't want to feed them,

we're gonna start putting
an embargo on them.

CHRISTINA:

-SARAH: How are you?

I confronted Team Fight.
They cut off water entirely.

That is the secondary
water source on this island.

Yeah, such a good job, dude.

They cut our water off,
thinking that's gonna hurt us,

but what they don't understand
is that we drank water all day.

I do not want them
to be the only ones

to walk off this
25-day challenge.

SARAH: No, no.

NATHANIEL: They're coming
for your water bag.

They're gonna come for
my canteen.

Team Fight has cut us off
from the primary water source,

but we have a secondary source
that they don't know about.

CHRISTINE: They're not coming
'cause they're gonna be

too afraid to fight.

Not one of those females
on that team, Team Fight,

will challenge me by themself.

I hope they do, because
it would be less chaotic,

but I highly doubt it.

NATHANIEL: And start playing
psychological games,

'cause that's what
they're doing.

and I will start driving
a divisive wedge between them.

AMAL: So I think we all agree
that one of you guys

need to fight.

You're only gonna get weaker
if you don't eat.

MAKANI: I just wanna, like...

AMAL: You wanna send
somebody home--I know.

I wanna be able to make
my own decisions, too.

I don't wanna be told
like what to do.

AMAL: Okay, well, what
do you wanna do then?

What is your decision?

I wanna make them challenge us
and send them home.

Like, I want them to put
their lives on the line.

And I also wanna be able
to decide, like,

what I do with my life
in the game.

LIBBY: Everybody

Everybody came in with
a different type of mindset

and a different strategy.

And I wanna play on
my own terms, too.

I have not entered
the ring yet,

and I'm wanting
to enter the ring.

I don't want to coast.
I'm the one who's like

hey, if I'm coasting...

there's no point
in me being here.

CHRISTINE: Well, if I ever do
a challenge like this again,

I'm definitely wearing
long sleeves, for sure.

[Jonathan sighs]

I haven't talked to you about
like my mom and everything.

She's a recovering addict, and
my mom would always be like,

"I'm sober now," and then
she would relapse and stuff.

So, like, that's why I have
major trust issues.

-CHRISTINE: Right.
-So one of the things

that I wanted to challenge
myself while on this island

was my trust issues.

But those people ruined it.

CHRISTINE: Amal and J
and them...

JONATHAN: Yeah.

They're just out for themselves.

I feel it.

Survival, to me,
is all about co-existing

and learning how to get out of
a very uncomfortable situation.

And it's really stealing
the joy from

the experience of survival
and the beauty of this island.

I wanna trust them,
and it's like...

I don't put my full trust
into anyone.

There's a possibility that
you might [bleep] me over.

Some of these people
on this island will.

JONATHAN: It's not a
possibility, it's a fact.

CHRISTINA: Yeah, it is a fact.

-Totally.
-[sighs]

I appreciate your, like,

CHRISTINA: Right? Right.

NATHANIEL:
We need to get more protein.

I'm really hoping when Keali'i
goes back to the hunting grounds

-he gets something.

We're gonna get through this

SARAH: I can't believe
they won so hard.

Like, man, we've really
gotten our asses kicked

in that ring.

I can't believe J pulled it off.

NATHANIEL: He's been in there
so many times.

SARAH: He just has
more practice.

He hasn't seen any of
the moves and tactics

that I'm going to bring in there
when they challenge me.

They might hurt me in the arena,

but I'm gonna do my darndest
to make sure they don't.

SARAH: You think
they're actually starving?

I mean, they had the coconut
crab,

but I don't think
they've eaten anything

other than coconuts since.

They're not gonna get coconuts.

They don't even know
what beach almonds are.

We've got berries.
They've got none of it.

I wanna watch them get hungry,

and then we'll have
the upper hand.

They're not getting food

We can trade food
for what we want

So there is absolutely no reason

that I stay here past today

is still a success.

-MAKANI: A victory.

MAKANI: Yesterday when I was
like staring at the ocean,

I knew with certainty

that, like, my time
was not done here.

Everybody has a role
within a team,

but we have other important
roles to play here.

Yeah.

I really want to fight.

Numerous times,
I've been underestimated.

Every time that happened,
I proved them wrong.

If I win and I get this energy
and I keep staying,

to go out hunting
and foraging as well,

so hopefully we'll be able
to catch a good catch

and bring it back to

and just walk through
that way.

J: This island has been
drained of resources.

They had a lot more people
scattering about every day.

LIBBY: Hey.

-MISSY: Hi.
-I opened a coconut.

-Do you want any?
-MISSY: Yes, please.

LIBBY: I'm just gonna
wash it off.

MISSY: They're not
gonna challenge us.

LIBBY: But it's good,
'cause we've been

exerting so much energy.

Right now I feel really good,
but hopefully

I can keep lasting
and keep pushing through

and take it one day at a time.
I wanna make it to the end.

I feel like I can--I can do it.

MISSY: It's frustrating
that Makani

doesn't feel the need
to be "a part" and help.

-I think she does.

I think that she just comes
from a different type of game

and she just has
a different way of thinking.

I don't understand it,
but it is different,

and I know she's sitting at the
shelter tending to the fire.

We all have things
that we have to do.

I can't even depend on Makani.

If I can't depend on her
to fight Sarah or Stephanie,

I've been trying to talk
Amal and Missy down,

really agree with
the decisions that they made.

When they get an idea
in their head,

They're all in it to win alone.

a hunting trip today,

and if we find some more food,

we would have so much
more leverage on this island

that we can continue
to thrive and survive.

KEALI'I: All right, let's go
while I still have my energy up.

It is of the utmost urgency

that we find protein.

This place is great
for game hunting.

People aren't making
a lot of noise

The game animal in this area's
a lot more relaxed.

So hoping to see a lot more

JONATHAN: Ooh! Lands
we've never seen before.

STEPHANIE: Team Fight has
been keeping water from us.

They have this power mindset

where they think that because
they win challenges and fights

that their survival skills
are up to par

with all of us combined,
and it's not.

I haven't had any protein
in like five to six days.

So seeing this snake
slither across that log

was like seeing hotdogs
on a grill just rotating.

We won't let you
go to waste, that's for sure.

that you're gonna give us.

It's unfortunate, you know,
to kill a snake like this,

but we need to eat.

KEALI'I: Yeah, let the blood
drain.

Will do right by the animal.

So far, our hunting trip
has turned out pretty well.

We caught a python.
That's definitely gonna give us

some meat for tonight.

Three of our four spears
were triggered.

One of them was just
torn to shreds.

So with that spear being torn,

it definitely tells me
that something's out here.

STEPHANIE: The good news
is there's a coconut crab.

The not-so-good-news is
it's way up there.

KEALI'I: And the coconut crab
is more than enough

to feed us for the next
three, four days.

JONATHAN: Man, the risk is
if he falls into the water.

One of us can grab him.

Only problem is,

they got a giant claw
that can break coconut.

Which means if my hand
gets caught in it,

I'm gonna lose a finger
for sure.

But it is a risk
that I am willing to take

if it means Team Survive
is going to eat that night.

I was always outside,

just running on the beaches,
going crabbing with my dad.

The spear fishing world
is not new to me.

And that's what makes me
feel the most alive.

The most important tools
is the spear gun.

Keeping it, it's so important,

for everyone.

We can survive out here whether
it's 25 days or three months.
