The great thing about being twins is
you're born with a best friend.

The twins run their own private
cosmetic dentistry company,

putting them
in the UK's richest ten percent.

And they're not afraid
to splash their cash

on designer cars and clothes.

Money is no object now,

but Hussein and Hassan
haven't always been so flush.

They grew up
on a Leeds council estate,

but having taken over
the family business

are now living it up.

It's only up until the last three,
four years

where we're being able
to enjoy the finer things in life.

And now they have
a real taste for it.

We actually have a chef
that comes three times a week

and cooks our meals.

We believe in reaping
the rewards of success.

Both duos like to holiday,
but their getaways are worlds apart.

When we go on holiday,
there's no real budget.

We could actually go on a holiday
every single month,

and two years ago, we did.

A lot of our holidays
are working holidays,

so I'm doing a gig to pay
for the holiday and stuff like that.

Usually, I'll do a gig
further afield,

maybe, like, Wales or Scotland.

Camping. Nothing fancy or flash.

We don't ever cut corners
when it comes to holidays.

So in winter we like to go skiing,

in summer we like to go
to the Balearic Islands,

get a nice yacht for the week.

Go on luxury holidays to Dubai.

We've already been
on four holidays this year.

The last one was on a private jet.
It's $60,000, return flight.

For Janet and Gary,

the swap is an opportunity
to experience real luxury

for the first time in their life.

I'm hoping to just have
a brand-new experience.

It's exciting.

And as for that wedding...

Who knows? It might encourage me
to propose to her.

While the twins want
to get grounded...

With success, maybe we've lost
a little bit of value

for the smaller things in life,
so it'd be nice

reconnecting maybe a little bit
with the value of money.

Although on each side,
there are reservations.

The worst sort of holiday, I guess,

would be something,
like, really strenuous,

loads of adventure,

like walking mountains
and stuff like that.

I'd say for me it's definitely
something like camping.

My worst idea of a holiday
is discomfort.

Everything to do with the outdoors.

as each pair have been given
their swapped destinations.

I've never been to Wales.
Oh, my God.

Pembrokeshire -

a UK staycation favourite
with 186 miles of coastline

and 50 glorious beaches.

But there'll be no sand in sight
for the twins.

They'll be mucking in and out...

and sharing a tent.

The last time I was on holiday
in the UK,

we were, like, six years old.

Oh, my God.

"You're going to Iceland...”
What?

"..the land of ice and fire.”

Oh, yes!

I know that Vikings were
from there, but...

Are they?
..I mean, is it full of ice,

or is that a daft question?

Iceland.

One-tenth of the country
is covered in glaciers.

The rugged terrain
and natural wonders

have made it a hotspot
for thrill-seekers.

But as one of the world's
most expensive countries,

it helps to be loaded
to holiday here.

For Janet and Gary,
an all-expenses-paid stay

in the brutally cool,
ultra-expensive ION Adventure Hotel.

So, packing list -
snowsuit, hiking boots...

It's going to be freezing.
I wanted to chill out and relax,

but this is a whole different
kind of chilling out, isn't it?

In Iceland, oh, my God.

There's no backing out now.

Day one, and at Liverpool Airport,

it's an early check-in
for Janet and Gary,

where a plane awaits.

and relax on the three-hour flight.

There's no prosecco in Leeds,

but plenty of tension
ahead of the twins' budget break.

It's all just work clothes,

They're packing to survive
some hard graft on a farm,

We're not the biggest fans
of animals.

And it's not the only issue.

Hussein is not the best
in unclean environments.

He's a hygiene freak.

It's everything the twins
would normally pay to avoid...

and there's a six-hour drive
to get there.

Janet and Gary have touched down
in Iceland.

It's a one-hour drive
across a barren landscape...

It's in the middle of nowhere.

But soon, their remote surroundings
and volcanic aromas...

might look stark from the outside,

but inside,
it's pure designer luxury,

It's a far cry
from a campsite on Canvey Island.

In Wales,
the long drive has done nothing

to allay the twins' fears.

We might have to sleep in tents.

The biggest challenge will be
dealing with the animals.

one night in the countryside,

but already unsure
of their holidays,

both pairs are about to find out

they're not only
swapping destinations,

but activities, too.

That's my kind of activity.

Struggling to find out how it's fun.

It's nowhere near the kind
of holiday we'd normally go on.

It's like worlds apart.

Janet and Gary's Icelandic holiday

has also been
a bit of an uphill struggle.

Time for some luxury relaxation.

This is where my holiday starts.

It might be five degrees outside,
but in Iceland,

money buys you
naturally heated thermal pools.

That spa was absolutely gorgeous -
a warm, hot, steaming bath outside.

Now, this is what I'd call luxury.
Yeah.

Iceland isn't somewhere
I'd have ever dreamed of coming.

Only having one holiday a year

and sometimes one holiday abroad
every other year,

I couldn't spare that holiday
to go somewhere cold,

so I'm really lucky
to have this opportunity.

I think I'm warming to Iceland.

In Pembrokeshire,

the twins have put aside their spat
because they're on supper duty.

We're cooking for six people,
at least.

Seven people, I think.

So, we've got
a beef chilli con carne.

We're going to make
a vegetable curry as well.

It's a tall order for a pair
used to paying £500 a week

for a private chef.

So, I'd never actually choose
willingly to come to a farm in Wales

and cook for other people.

Definitely a new experience.

It's actually leaking everywhere.

Pouring out from
about five different directions.

I'm missing the luxury food.

I'm missing our personal chef
cooking for us.

In Iceland, Janet and Gary
are being waited on hand and foot...

In Iceland, for Janet and Gary,

an exclusive £1,600 private trip
around the Golden Circle.

It's an action-packed 190-mile tour

that takes in some of the island's
most popular natural attractions.

Look at them people, how close
to the edge they are.

More used to pubs and people
on their budget breaks,

it could be a challenging day,
especially for Gary,

who usually shies away
from the action.

The most popular stop,

the country's biggest active geyser,
Strokkur,

goes off every five minutes,

with boiling-hot plumes of water
reaching up to 100 feet.

But Janet's more interested
in the other tourists

than this volcanic wonder.

Yeah, this is a bit me,
where there's more people about.

Yeah.
I have missed, actually.

Chatting to a nice guy down there.

But even the sightseeing in Iceland
is adrenaline-fuel led.

Next stop, Langjokull Glacier
for some high-octane holidaying.

Skidooing would normally be way out

of Janet and Gary's
financial reach...

...thankfully for Gary.

It's all right.

In fact, the prospect has got him
green about the gills.

I felt sick, I was dizzy,

and I was about that far
from actually not getting on one.

But Janet got on one first.

I just thought,

"It's my only opportunity
to get on one and go and do it,"

so, yeah, I just put
my big boy pants on and had a go.

Absolutely loved it in the end.

It was brilliant,
and I'm proud of myself.

I have overcome a lot of fear,
and it has made me think, you know,

"Maybe I can do a bit more
than I think I can do."

holidaying like the other half

might not be all it's cracked up

In Wales, the budget break

in his £185,000 Bentley SUV,

it's not just the farm
Hussein's had enough of.

As twins,
you are together a lot of the time.

However, it's also important to have
that alone time to disconnect,

to reflect as an individual,

and really have
that quiet time alone.

Back at their hotel,

Gary's new-found confidence
has given him romantic ideas.

Whilst Janet lets off steam
in the sauna,

he's busy planning
a special surprise.

You know, Janet would
absolutely love whale watching.

I know it's something

that she's talked about
for years and years

and never been able to do.

Maybe using that as an opportunity
to get her out

and actually propose to her.

In Wales, the back-to-basics break
has been causing a few niggles.

HASSAN: Looking like a natural,
Hussein, over there.

HUSSEIN: You're ahead of me.

I have.

But the twins have come together

and are planting cabbages
with Eddie the farmhand

and the other volunteers.

It's quite hard work so far,
but it's nice

to see everybody work together
as a team to get the job done.

It might be a budget break,
but it's rich in community spirit.

We were just celebrating
that we'd finished.

It's gruelling work
for a couple of city slickers,

but there's still time
for high jinks...

I suspected Hussein would do that,
but I just thought, you know...

...and the holiday has
turned a corner.

I definitely think I'm enjoying it
more than I thought I would.

It's really refreshing,
to be honest.

I don't think I've felt this way
in a long time.

It would be nice to spend
more time with nature,

more time with the countryside.

A good way to unwind.

And it's been really therapeutic,
I'd say.

The jet-setting duo are coming round
to the simple life.

I felt like I was on holiday.

It does feel quite fulfilling this,
though, harvesting,

and the seeds that you've planted
that have now grown,

you're actually getting food
from it.

Even after a few days,
I feel more in touch with nature.

we've done this week,

we haven't really done before...

...and it's made me feel
like I understand more

how important it is to look after
the land.

it just felt like
we were back to basics

and really valuing and appreciating
the simple things in life

that maybe, admittedly, we've lost
a little bit of value for.

So, Gerald, for us,
it's been a fantastic week,

and more than anything, we've loved
seeing the program me that you have

for these volunteers.

And obviously, one thing
that's limited you is the capacity

to accommodate more volunteers,

so we'd love to gift you £3,500
to be able to get that sorted,

and that's just our small gesture
towards the farm.

and his farm do is incredible.

They're nonstop working to ensure

we get the freshest ingredients,
freshest vegetables,

so I've got a new-found respect
for farmers.

The biggest thing
that I've taken away is

that no matter how far
you go in life,

you should never lose appreciation
for the basic things in life.

I also have realised

that you don't have
to go somewhere far

to enjoy a nice holiday.

That sense of being
with each other made it special,

and that's what's important.
