It's a fresh start,

Last night, it was hard
seeing five good guys go home.

the right decisions

Going into this week,
I am really hoping

to just move forward
with Charity.

Last week,
there was a lot of drama

centering around Brayden
and the group date,

which just kind of threw
everyone for a loop.

On that date,
Charity had to make out

with one of the boys
for the longest

Bachelorette kiss ever.

- We had a little competition--

the longest kiss
in Bachelor history.

- And even though Brayden

wasn't on that date,

he took that really hard.

I'm walking back
into that trauma, you know,

and I'm forcing myself
to be okay with that trauma

I have been in love
once in my life,

and it ended terribly.

I got cheated on,
so it was kind of crappy.

Bringing up
some of this stuff,

it's emotionally draining,

and one of the reasons why

I really don't like
bringing it up

is because I feel, you know,

I feel drained after it.

It's like,
I'm a very upbeat person.

I'm a very, you know, fun,
like, fun party guy.

And I think
it's kind of depressing

having to deal with things

that I've experienced
in the past.

That's why I'm trying
to control her expectations

for her because
I don't want to give her

this expectation
that I can 100% do it.

- You're putting so much,
like, pressure on yourself.

Like, do you realize that?

- When I see you walk out
that door with other guys,

it hurts.

I sit there, and I get in my
head, and I kind of spiral.

And it's like, I mean, I just
don't know how to, like--

I don't know how to let it go.

of being able
to, like, maintain,

like, the rest of all of this?

- I can 100% promise you that
I'm gonna continue to try.

And if you want me here,
I will do the best I can

really stick it out
