that land was too good

so they sent us out to clear
a trail for the settlers.

That treaty specifically bars
settles from Broken Bow's lands.

That's exactly what the Colonel
said to that Indian agent.

You know, it seems, though,

that there's more than one way
to read a treaty.

That's what I like about
the army, helpful, real helpful.

reckon the army really cares
