Chapter 2 – The Law of the Sea, The
Birth Certificate and Criminal Conversion

So how did the powers that presume to be

manage to usurp the order of creation?

They would have to trick us into becoming something

which does not occur in nature.

Something devoid of life from the outset

over which they could exert their full control.

[“Now I know what it feels like to be God”]

They already had a system

of rules in place

to allow distant nations

to trade with one another overseas

by means of commercial contracts.

And on their ships and in their ports

they had their own maritime regulations

to facilitate such business.

It had been universally agreed upon

that when on international waters,

this merchant “Legal” system

would overrule the customs

of each and every nation.

The laws of the land would not apply

to sea vessels and their operations,

and all ships

would be bound by this code

no matter which country they were docked in.

And the Admiral of each ship

would hold the exclusive executive authority

over those onboard

under contract to him

for the tenure of their service.

[“If any officer, mariner or soldier or any other
“Person” in the fleet shall disobey any lawful command

of any of his superior officers, every such “Person”
being convicted of such an offence shall suffer death or

such other punishment as shall be inflicted upon him…”]

He could tax, fine,

punish or imprison them

according to his will.

He could charge

for breaches in codes of conduct

or for benefits and privileges.

He could also grant them limited time ashore;

an entitlement known as “liberty”

In the LAW of the land

and the ORDER of creation,

for there to ever be a crime,

there would have to be a victim.

But not so upon the merchant ships

which sail the seas of commerce.

These vessels are bound by the “legal system”

that is - maritime rules and contracts.

And so they moved us off of the land

and onto the waters on which they trade.

And by means of a fictitious legal entity,

they created a vessel for each of us to sail in:

a Citizen - Ship.

And through the implementation

of a Berthing Certificate (Birth Certificate),

a contract was drawn up

between the The State, acting as

the employers of the mother’s Labour,

and the Pay-Rents, as the informants

of the cargo being Delivered.

A taxable trading company was then established

in the name of the New Arrival.

But with its Title spelled in all Capital letters:

Now a Registered Corporation.

So how can a group of a few individuals

decide upon something,

write it down,

and then hold a living man or woman

accountable?

Because, by accepting their offer of Citizenship,

you unknowingly contracted into their service.

You were then converted from the status of the living

into something which only exists on paper.

Something called a "Person".

They gave you a Title

such as a Mr.

or a Mrs.

And a name that sounds identical

to the one that you would come to be known by,

and thus, you became attached for life

to this fictitious Legal “Person”:

A word which comes from the Greek “Persona”

meaning – a Mask Wearer.

And so, by mistakenly identifying yourself

With the all Caps Name, the Title

And the Piece of Paper

you unwittingly granted the state

full control over every aspect of your daily life.

From the spiritual to the private.

It would now all be theirs for the taking.

[“You see.

It understands.

Watch…”]

And all of this without your consent

or your mother or father’s knowledge.

For them to fully manipulate this plan into being

would take a number of generations.

An incremental process of stealth

in order to hide the true magnitude

of their intentions.

But playing the long game is what they do best.

They’ve been practicing it for millennia…
