Now we have learned all these techniques to how to help others to heal, how to become a

good professional healer.

In Spring Frost Cheekong, the more you help others, the more energy you are going to have,

possibly while you are healing others at the same time you are healing yourself.

Now why we say the more you help others, the more energy you are going to have, because

each time remember this, when you do healing you need to call upon the master's energy.

Have the master's energy join your energy, then you have the tremendous energy in the body

to help you.

Secondly, you want to pull the universal energy in through every part of the body and collected

energy right over here in the lower dantian.

Then each time you restore a lot of energy over here, when you send energy out to help

others, you only send energy out through your fingers and your palm.

You lose energy from that little area, but you get energy from that much area in the body.

So it's something like that.

Each month you own ten thousand dollars, you spend one thousand, you have nine thousand

put into the saving.

So that's why the more you help others, the more energy you are going to have.

So that is the most unique thing of the spring forest she gone.

And the other thing I want to let you know, doing energy healing, again, technique is important,

but it is not that important.

The most important is your spiritual energy, your love, your forgiveness, your kindness,

your compassion.

If you do not have the passion of love, of sharing energy, healing others unconditionally,

then your healing power will never be good, will never be great.

Now in order to do your energy healing more effectively, several things, several other

things you also need to remember too.

Number one, you need to go into the emptiness.

Empty your mind.

And your body becomes an empty vessel.

The universal energy, God's energy, spiritual energy, Buddha's energy, whatever, flow through

you and pass this energy on to help others.

Don't put your own personal feeling into it, emotional activities into it.

However, in front of you, you just do your best, let the universal energy through you

to do your healing.

And number two, you need to have a confidence.

These techniques, they are simple, but they are very, very powerful.

Everybody can learn it regardless of ages, little girl, little boy, nine years old, ten

years old, one hundred years old.

Everybody can learn it, but you need to have a confidence.

The most powerful thing usually is the simplest thing in the world.

So if you have no confidence, no matter how much technique you learned, you cannot make

it happen.

So this is a second thing.

And the next one is, remember, each time when you do your healing, you call upon your

master's energy.

If you have your master's energy to join your energy, you get on your master's signal

to join in your energy.

Then your body becomes a transformer.

And large, this master's signal, this positive energy, this healing energy, and the healing

power will be ten times, one hundred times more powerful than you just solely using your

own energy to help others to heal.

The last thing is, no matter where you are, if you have a chance, you find a chance to

practice, find a time to practice, healing others, helping others to heal.

And the amazing thing of this year, it not only helps a human being to heal.

It also helps with the plant, animals, pets, dog cats, whatever.

If you cannot find a human being to practice, you can practice at home with your plant,

with your animals, pets, and dogs, so do the detecting and do the healing.

And the animals, they just love your energy.

So find a time every day, no matter where you are.

Practice, practice.

And the other thing is, people ask me quite often.

If I practice on others, I don't know.

They don't know me, and I see they are sick.

Can I get the permission?

If I without the permission, can I do that?

I say yes.

Even love energy, sending for giving energy, sending your kindness towards anybody in the

world, I think nobody will refuse that.

So you just send energy over to the guy who is walking in front of you, and there is a

limber, the legs, and he says, oh, send energy over there to help them to heal.

If he knows, he doesn't know, fine.

But the universe knows you have done a very good deed for others.

Sometime in the future, the universe will reward you with something you just don't know.

So beautiful.

So help more people, do more healing, help yourself to heal, and help others to heal.

Let the love energy, forgive energy, kindness, compassion, whatever.

The beautiful energy grow like a snowball, so that in that way we really make the dream

to become true.
