When the hand comes to the hot position, turn the hands down and stretch it down to the

bottom of the torso and then open it up, open the hands up, inhale again.

Put your hands together, hold your breath, touch the top of the head, exhale.

Turn the hands around, inhale again.

While you're moving your hands like this, you visualize thousands of invisible hands coming

out from your body all over, moving up together with you.

This exercise will help you to increase your visualization and also you will get more

spiritual energy from the universe to help you.
