our Click Funnels training

in this video

I like to cover a funnel called the Membership Funnel

so just a brief introduction

of what a membership funnel is

is if you're looking to sell a product

that has a membership area

where you're able to provide lessons

modules are set up

an online course

this is the funnel that you'll have to build

that goes along with the product funnel that

you're creating

right so if you're offering

you've created a sales page

and you've sold a membership

whether it's a recurring or a one time product

you will then eventually

lead someone to your membership funnel

well they'll be able to get access to

the lessons and modules that they've invested in so

membership funnels are really great

especially if you build them on Click funnels

let's just talk about the benefits

of having it on Click funnels right so

if you're building a membership funnel on Click funnels

what you'll be able to get our registration pages

membership access

you'll be able to add content pages

lock them based on what someone purchases

you can even drip content or modules

whether if you want to drip it

where students will only be able to receive them

after 10 days

for example

um you be able to manage your members

send out email notifications

and eventually build a community of members

as you deliver your content

so um in this video

I like to just cover on how you can do that

um this is the Click Finals dashboard

what you want to do is head over to your funnels

and essentially create a brand new funnel

so if you're building a membership funnel

you can use the classic Funnel Builder

there's different types of phones you can create

but for the purpose of this video

I will go through the membership funnel

so you want to click sell your product

and you have your membership funnel over here so um

just for demonstration purposes

I'm just gonna type in sales masterclass

this is just an example

you can key in your

the membership site that you want to create

based on your product name

so sales masterclass

members area

so then you can click build Funnel

there we go

so for every membership funnel

there will always be two default pages

the access page and the area page

so I'll just choose a quick template over here

so that click files can build up based on a template

and I'll just go ahead and select the template for

membership area

before I go through what membership access is

so I'll just choose

a very

simple members area

okay I'll just go back to membership access

so essentially

membership access page is the URL

or the page that your clients go to

to log into the membership area

so over here there are a couple options

you'll be able to edit the page

preview a page or edit settings

you can even do

split testing and different things like that

and there's a lot of different features down here

I'll just dive right into it

so this is how it'll look like

okay so this is the membership area itself

what you can do is

you can edit the page of your membership access page

so this is where you can put in your logo

change the different sections and areas are

I'll have a different video that covers page elements

and how you can edit pages and what it all means

but basically it's pretty straightforward

you'll be able to edit all these details if need to

if not change the background

just the logo and essentially it's good to go

there's a lot of different settings up here as well

it's essentially a page builder

I'll cover that in a different video so

this is your membership access page

and you have then your membership area

so this section is really important

because it's where you build your membership site

so over here again

you're logging your Elf for your membership area

and this secret sign up URL

is the URL you give to customers

upon them completing the purchase

so this is where they create their membership

credentials to log into this membership area

so

I'll just show you how it works if you copy this URL

and if I go to a private window

key in the URL

so you can see that you know

your customers are able to create a brand new account

using this registration page

so I'll just create a very simple account over here

just to show you

and there you go

so once I've created account

I'll be able to access the membership area so

this is how everyone will get their login credentials

it will not be automatically generated

but they all have to go through this sign up process

so that they can get access to your membership area

so this is just a template membership area

but I'll show you how to

you know create lessons and things like that

so if you like to edit your membership design

this is where you go to

we're able to add your product logo

change the layout of your videos

if you want to embed videos or if you like to

you know change the wordings and things like that

so how it works is you have a lesson builder over here

you'll be able to have your model

so like first section you will have your lesson 1

I just go to the buttons here real quick

so how it works is you be able to edit your membership

your lesson area

so if it's the first lesson that you like to add

modules or content to

this is where you go to

there we go

so if it's Sales Masterclass Module 1

you'll be able to do that and then save

you can change the text and design over here

it's really straightforward

so this is actually the duplicate button

you'll be able to duplicate

let's see if your module has 5 lessons

you'll be able to do that

and you can go ahead and edit individual lessons

change the naming of lessons

so if it's Sales Master Class

Module 1

so you have another feature here where you are able to

do a drip so if you put 10 days

that means they'll be able to access content

only 10 days after they have purchased the product

so everyone starts from the same point

once they've invested in your program

received the login credentials

by registering

10 days later

they'll be you know

module 1 open up to them right so

the next feature is Advanced Settings

you can actually set the required time

for someone you know

to go through the program to consider it completed

right so it could be

hour if they go through the lesson for an hour

that considers it as completed

there's a way you can

you can monitor your students on on their progress

so this just really gives you an idea of

on how active your members are

the next feature is the release date

so you could do

you know a global release date

so for example

you have a special training session

where it will only be released

on the you know 1st of January

so then you know

it keeps your members excited

oh it's like okay

there's a special section that's coming up on

1st of January

so you know

once you set that up

you can you know

then click update lesson

and then you'll be able to see that you know

these are updated accordingly

this button here allows you to move your lessons around

which is great

and

if you like to delete your lesson

this is where you do it

it's all pretty straightforward

okay the next feature is the restrict access feature

so for example

if you want to restrict this members area

to someone that only purchases your Sales Master Class

then you be able to come here and

select Product Requirement

so I've set up this product page

just to show you an example

so if you click on Sales Master Class and click update

so only someone that purchases sales masterclass

will be able to gain access to this membership area

for whoever that

got your secret sign up URL to a different mean

or someone send it to them

when they register for an account

they won't be able to see the lessons or modules

because they are not tagged as a um

someone that has purchase your product so it's

that's a pretty handy tool to keep people from um

you know not to say stealing your content

but gaining

access to your website if they have not purchased it

right so if you like to create a brand new lesson

this is where you go

it could be second module

same thing you could restrict it to sales master class

and create your lesson

and then you can add new lessons

under your second module

right or if you want

your first section

so second module could be

first lesson again

you can select different peach templates

similarly you could do drip delays

required time and release date

so for the time being I'll keep that as distended

there we go

so if you want to delete the whole module

it's over here

just click delete and click okay

right so this is the gist

of how in membership area works

and if you like to

there's other buttons here as well

which you don't really need to click on

remove your funnel

delete funnel

steps pretty straightforward

in terms of the top menu

over here there is automation

which is something to do with triggering

different notifications

which at the moment

you will not really need it

but it's something available to you

and your members

so this is where you'll be able to monitor

the amount of members that sign up to

your membership site

so for example

you could have sold

100 products of hundred items of sales master class

but only 70 people registered to your membership area

that's when you know oh

there are actually 30 people

that still needs to register to your membership area

so just now

I created a an account

so you can see that my profile has appeared here

you can see how much of the Mam she area 5 completed

when I signed up

and what I can do here is

reset the password for my member

delete a member

or edit their profile in detail

so over here you're able to see

my content profile

how many membership sites am I subscribed to

how many purchases I've done

so it's pretty cool I'll just go back

so

the other features available here

you'll be able to see your stats

how many people are in your membership funnel

and your settings

so you're able to

okay speaking of domain

I'll cover how you can set up a custom domain

in a different video

but you can see here that my membership funnel

actually is not tied to a custom domain

what that means is

this is my membership area link

so it looks pretty ugly

support at you know. click follows.com

because it actually takes my account name

and put it in front of click follows

essentially

if you don't set up a custom domain

it will always have click follows branding over here

so you know

if I go ahead and purchase salesmasterclass com

for example

I'll be able to have salesmasterclass com

membership area

so that'll look a lot more clean

and it'll tie into the brand that I'm trying to promote

so I covered that custom domain

you know instructions

in a different video

but I just wanted to show you that

you're able to have a lot more

configuration settings over here

you'll be able to change your path

if you want to call it something else

you'll be able to do so if you want to hook it up to

different third party integrations

which at the moment

you don't really have to worry about

these are more advanced features that are available

but at the moment

just focus on building your membership area

and having it up

and if you have made any changes

you can click save and update settings

okay so that's really the gist of

this membership funnel

so the great thing is

you know in your

when someone has purchases your product

you can actually give them a secret sign up URL

so that they are able to create

their own account and login

so I'll just give you an example

based on the account I've created

so if someone has already created an account

you'll be able to then log in using your

membership URL the login page

and there we go

so right now it's you know

it looks pretty

very simple

but once you've added your own touch

and your own branding

you'll be able to see the whole

membership area come together

you be able to edit and remove all these template

elements if you like to

but I just wanted to show you how it all works

someone will

create their account with secret sign up URL

and login with the login URL over here

so that's really all for the membership funnel

it's pretty self explanatory
