I just finished drilling on my bass

and I just trying to learn these combinations and stuff

even though like

you know you can do all types of riffs on a bass

but when you try to do something that's not yours

it's sort of hard you know

I think it's harder to do anything exercise

than it is to do a song and stuff

you know that's my opinion

but I've been drilling downstairs and stuff

because let's say you get a notation thing right

it's just gonna have the guitar part

and then the singer right

it doesn't play finger style guitar

play the entire everything you know

at one shot

almost like a piano player

playing everything at one shot

and holding the rhythm with the left hand

or whatever hand they want to use

and then playing the solos and stuff you know

and this is just crazy man

maybe I add my computer

I voice to it

too I say I want to do different

different things though man

just gonna be an exciting year in 2022

I just got be more efficient with my time and stuff

time management

to make sure I can get all the stuff done I want to do

I love getting to watch finger style

like just watching people play the strings like that

especially when it zooms in on their fingers

it's just mind blowing

for somebody who hardly plays the guitar

to be able to see like

it just done so effortlessly looking

that just always blows my mind

the structure of the way you play

you were in total control of it you

so today I watched the video

a guy explain how a leap guitar does those

single hand plucks

he uses the thumb to pluck the string

and then tap the string to get those harmonics

I'm like Okay

I was trying it on my bass and stuff

to see if it works and stuff

you know see my animatics and stuff

so I got a long

a long way to go on that

and then I'll start playing again and stuff

man I got all my new stuff downstairs
