is really tough.

We have our oldest son, daughter-in-law,

there's a reason why a lot of people don't do that

is that you just have to be careful with the water.

I know we're obsessed with it, so I brought this to talk

about doing it in the bathroom and this is kind

of what the look would be if we go

with the wood flooring here.

So don't forget that there could be a potential risk

of water damage.

Is there anything we can do to try to make that

less of a problem?

What we'll do is the glue that we'll use...

- Mmm-hmm. - ...they'll have

a vapor barrier in the glue.

So the glue itself will stop any water

that's gonna come through it.

With that being said, if we definitely wanna go

with it here, we have a couple options.

Currently, we have this flooring

in the bedroom and we decided that we wanna keep it.

However, they're a different color, as you can see.

The flooring in your bedroom is a thin plank

and it has a bit more of an orange tone, whereas

this flooring has a bit of a warm tone.

So I would suggest laying it in a different direction

with a transition piece. What do you think?

Can we transition this nicely?

We'll do the transition here.

Ideally, it would be nice here,

but we'll just pick a transition out

of the new wood.

Because we lost a fair amount of closet space

in order to get Sabrina and Miguel the wet room,

we're building them a custom closet

so we can really maximize the space.

I also want to add one detail

to make them really stand out,

and that's basket weave fronts.

Adding a basket weave front is a really great way

to incorporate Sabrina's earthy boho style

to what would normally be just a basic closet door.

It's time for Sabrina and Miguel

to meet up with Leon who makes amazing barn doors.

Since Sabrina has such strong opinions,

I'm sending James to make sure that Miguel

has some say in the design.

as far as what the door would look like?

More modern, slick-looking,

a door would be nice,

that it's gonna be a wow factor in that room.
