because our Mega Mentor this season

Well, this is a full-circle moment for me

'cause you were my adviser Season 1. Uh-huh.

Now it's my last season

and you're mentoring me one more time.

What does that say about our relationship?

You brought me into this, and now you're taking me out.

Oh, it's so much fun to be back on "The Voice" again.

It's always a lot of fun to give advice

because I study people when they perform,

and I want to be touched when they're singing to me.

I let Kelly use this office of mine, too.

Well, that was very nice of you to let Kelly be a part.

This world exposure for these kids -- phenomenal.

What an education.

I mean, they get to work with the greatest coaches.

It's just an opportunity and a chance of a lifetime.

I'm -- I'm excited to see who our Mega Mentor is, too.

Who this person is...

So, this is one of my steals, a guy named NOIVAS.

He's a Texas guy. He's kind of a soul guy.

And then I have Tasha, who is also very soulful.

And she can cover a lot of different ground artistically. Uh-huh.

In the knockouts, artists are picking their own songs

and this is their chance to show what lane they want to be in.

Let's bring 'em out here and see what happens. Okay. Yeah, let's see.

I hope these artists realize how lucky they are.

There's really nothing that Reba hasn't done

I used to watch her show back home.

For me to get one of the last steals

that Blake will ever give on this show...

I'm also a girl dad, so I love the feminine energy.

I grew up listening to Nina Simone.

I started to really study her.

She immersed herself into the music,

NOIVAS -- I had no idea a guy would have the range,

which is powerful.

Man, I didn't expect that from you.

You're not afraid of eye contact. Loved it.

NOIVAS kinda has it all. I'm figuring that out.

He's got stage presence.

He's not afraid to mean what he's singing,

and that goes a long way.

So you end with the big head-voice thing,

and then you went back into chest voice,

and the transition between the two goes off the rails.

Got you. I can guarantee you she's gonna come up here

and everything's gonna be put together.

This is the best of the best now.

And -- And you're one of them.

I just don't want you to leave any stone unturned.

That puts extra pressure on these artists

to bring their A-game because we're going

to the playoffs from here, and that's a big step.

What is some of the best advice

that you've received?

A woman named Mae Boren Axton

always told me, "Show up on time. Be prepared.

Don't waste anybody else's time." Awesome.

Two of country's biggest stars

gave me some really great advice.

I'm definitely gonna take advantage

and knock out my knockout song.

Tasha: I'm really nervous.

NOIVAS' magic, but I just want to show Blake

that I am a storyteller.

And I hope I get to continue on his team.

It would be incredible if I made it to the playoffs.

I'm really excited.

Hozier is so good

with his songwriting and his storytelling,

and I just want to be able to do that.

It kind of reminds me of my husband

Moving from Pakistan to the United States,

and so I slowly just started getting into more

soul and gospel music.

I'm able to just emote the story of a song.

And if everybody's feeling what I'm feeling during that song,

I'm gonna win this knockout, hopefully.

How did that big voice come out

I thought she'll be a little timid, but huge voice.

Great range. Just amazingly talented.

My only concern is the key.

You're having to get down there,

and it just felt like losing you a little bit.

But the key you're in takes you way up there, too, you know?

Stratosphere.

So it might just be breathing. Yeah.

'Cause I've heard you hit the low stuff before.

This is a tough song.

It's got the lowest of lows and -- and highest of highs.

But I do think this is a good choice for Tasha

to show what she's capable of.

How do you connect with the audience

and make them feel what you are feeling?

Reba: I've got a video running in my mind of this song,

so I'm telling the audience the story as I see it.

Got it. Bring 'em on stage with that eye contact

so they think you're there especially for them.

Doing television helped me with that

it's like she hears and feels the music

differently than all of us.

that I wasn't worthy of that relationship,

that I wasn't allowed to live anymore.

Ali: Marcos has that fire in him whenever he's singing.
