Hey, everyone.

Really excited to help kick off this this annual planning session.

You know, you all are set up for a great week of seeing the agenda for Eduardo.

One of the things that was shared for me, with me beyond the agenda

was just the racing theme, which I think is very exciting,

very appropriate, might be a surprise, but I actually spent a lot of time

growing up on the racetrack.

My dad was actually part of a racing crew for a family friend.

And, you know, one of the things that I learned being on the track was

just the sheer amount of planning that went into every single race,

you know, but hours and hours and days and days leading up to the race, so much

prep before the race itself, and that's what you all are doing this week.

You're preparing for. The race, of course, is upcoming.

The other thing that I learned was the sheer amount of agility, agility

that you need.

You know, you think about a race itself.

Things can go wrong at any turn.

And all that prep that goes into allows you to pivot, allows you to be agile.

And again, I think it's another great takeaway for you all this week.

I can't say this enough, but the operating committee,

the America's leadership team, are so, so proud of the results

that you all delivered.

And that's why 22 double digit top line growth, double digit bottom line growth.

Frankly, it was best in class in the entire organization.

And again, just to share, thank you for all your hard work last year.

The other great news is you've carry that momentum forward as we look into Q1

across both sides of the business, consumer and flavor,

it just is going exceptionally well.

I know you all continue to deliver up against this year and I can't thank you

so much know this appreciated recognized by all of our senior leaders

so I'll say and end with have a really good time this week.

You know as much as it is about planning and really taking forward

those actions, it's also about having fun getting to know each other, you know,

developing these plans even more, having that robust growth agenda.
