Hey, this is Josh from Blender Bros, and welcome to the Blender Bros Shape Bootcamp.
Now, this one is going to be a little bit more in-depth in terms of the stuff we'll be discussing,
but most of the concepts will be very basic. The whole point of this course is to get you
comfortable with the idea of creating base shapes inside of Blender, so that way you can build on
top of them and actually create stuff that looks good. One of the biggest problems we see with 3D
artists is they have the default cube in the scene, and they don't know what to do after that.
They start modeling random stuff, they get lost, they get confused, and they get very demotivated.
The point of this course is to show you an easy, logical, step-by-step approach to creating shapes
inside of Blender in the formula that you can follow, so that way you don't have to think
super creatively. You can simply use logic to build the shapes, and then use your creativity
to finish the rest. This course is going to be super, super informative, so let's hop right into it!
