Hey, it's Sophia, and welcome to day two of finding business clarity, our journey
into getting clear on the life we want and how our businesses will take us
there. Day two is all about getting clear on
what your company does.
Today's work will help you concisely
define the product you make, how and where it's used, and where customers can
buy it. This exercise is important for a variety
of reasons. Whether you're in sales or not,
entrepreneurs are on some level, all sales people.
And in a world of noise, you need to cut through with a simple and clear
description of your business.
You'll be talking to customers,
distributors, press, prospective hires, and maybe even investors.
Someday everyone will want to know what your business does in a sentence.
This process is also important for self-discipline Many of us creatives are
dreamers. I'm one of them.
We're off to the next thing before we've even finished the first one.
Getting clear on your core business revents your customers and your team from
getting lost in your own great ideas.
Make sure you have the day 2 worksheet in
front of you.
I'll see you in the next video to review
this section and share my worksheet with you.
