but as a longtime guitar player

I can tell you that was really cool

and what really made it cool is that he's combining

different genres

okay so the jazzy part where he's using octaves

reminds me of like

West Montgomery or Joe Pass or something

some of the runs he was doing

kind of reminded me a little bit of Ingvie Momstein

some of the cool topping stuff he did

reminded me a bit of Steve Vai

and you know he used some unison bends in there some

a little bit of pentatonic licks

I think there was a few diminished runs in there

and plus the thing is

he lays down a really awesome groove

he's a wicked rhythm player too

so the way he combines all these stuff and that song

was absolutely amazing

but I have a bigger question for you guys okay

all my Indonesian friends out there

the guy's an amazing talent but he doesn't

this person like a viral sensation type artist

if so um I can see why

he has all the talent in his hands

it sounds very cool bro

I was so mesmerized by his playing that

I just feel so much more almost like

straight ahead plane in comparison to the other stuff

also his demeanor

like he feels way more loose and just like just cool

kind of like Musically aggressive side of this tour

he definitely is

like a dude that just kinda sits there and plays

but I just feel different than this one

it just feels different to me

it's such a smooth run down the scale isn't it

like it's a long run

but it's literally a gradual process

down the 6th fret that down the 6 strings

and it's something different

because it's a kind of a clean sound

it's not fully clean

but it's not actually distorted either

it's more of a clean SoundOn the electric guitar

but also all these runs

try to memorize that

like I know he works with patterns

like most professional guitar players are able to do

but still it just

this is not

it's not improvised I believe

making it sound a little bit deeper and tired

he's an amazing guy

I really like what he's doing

go through all of his songs

I mean that seems appropriate if he's a YouTube artist

but I need to look more into him for sure

it was just so funky and groovy and I wanted to dance
