Sticking to the topic of this section,

which is required investment, I will list three tiers,

a free tier, a semi-free tier and a paid tier.

When it comes to free, it obviously requires no investment.

I'll talk here about Streamlabs OBS,

which is currently free.

In the semi-free, which means

that you can use their software for free,

but it will most likely add some watermarks

or have some limitations and restrictions,

like lowering the resolution of your recording, lower FPS.

A program like this, which we will discuss here is Bandicam,

and a premium version costs around $40,

depending on the current price and promos.

In the paid tier, I'll talk about Camtasia,

which is a video editor,

which includes a particularly good screen recorder.

Its original price is pretty expensive at around 250 euros,

but you can test it 30 days for free,

and they sometimes run promos,

which can get to this program cheaper.

So as you can see, for recording your screen,

you can either run free

or go up to a couple of hundred dollars.
