- Teach me how to make ice cream. - He can talk?

But he came in the middle of the night

just to ask me to teach him how to make ice cream.

What does it all mean?

In order to repay all the money I owed him

I woke up early in the morning for the first time in my life

only to be greeted with, "The ice cream maker uses the back door."

But why do I start breathing funny

every time he gets near me?

Why do I keep digging myself in deeper?

Wow, the weather is really nice today.

Let's go drawing!

What the hell! Again?

Su Mu! Is that your drone?

I'll smash it if it's not!

I'm not afraid of you!

You want to try me again?

Okay then, don't think I'm fooled.

Hey, you're taking creepshots. Right?

It's not my fault if you get smashed!

So now, you want my photo? I'll give you one.

Exposing my beauty isn't anything I'm afraid of.

Snap away.

When you can't fight it, then it's time to hide.

You're cut.

Ah… it's fine.

What do you mean fine? Here.

All done.

It's just a small wound but you wrapped it.

Seems a bit much.

Better than nothing.

You helped me block the drone, I helped you wrap the wound.

We're even.

Is your machine okay?

It's fine.

Look, I'm confused.

Why is your drone always looking for me?

I and it don't get along.

Maybe it's my bad luck drawing it in.

It's a machine error.

Since the chip was lost, it keeps losing signal.

Hey, let me help you.

It was my fault.

I didn't expect it would crash into you.

It's me. I'm particularly unlucky since Mercury is in retrograde.

I'm out of luck for you.

You taught me how to make ice cream.

We're square now.

He's manipulated me so many times.

Why shouldn't I manipulate him once?

But how do you make ice cream if your hand is injured?

It's okay. Anyway, you don't have to eat ice cream every day.

I have to eat it every day.

Are you that girly?

In the past, I would drink ice water.

But eating your ice cream

has been far more efficacious.

It helps me focus on my calculations.

You're so weird.

Uh… I mean you are so good.

Very cute, very adorable.

In appreciation, I'll make you more ice cream.

- Put it in the fridge and eat slowly. - No.

Once I start, I can't stop.

My body can't take it.

Then, what should I do?

You want me to make you ice cream every day?

Exactly.

Why does this feel premeditated?

Am I that boring?

You are.

Uh… No, no…

Come to my house at seven every night to make ice cream.

Why… at night?

Because you can't get up in the morning.

Oh… very considerate.

You're welcome.

Why do I feel that something is not right?

I promised him again.

Just like that, we reached a strange ice cream agreement.

These days, whenever the clock strikes seven

I go to his house

and make him ice cream.

Nothing more, nothing less, we never cross the line.

It's the mutual generation and mutual restraint Mu Mu mentioned.

Sometimes I think fate

might actually be wonderful.

I make ice cream for him.

It might seem quiet,

but there have been subtle changes.

He is smiling more and more,

and my luck seems to be getting better.

We always meet inadvertently on the top of the mountain.

I draw my castle in the sky.

He does his flight tests.

We don't disturb each other.

But I always feel that

the story between us will grow.

We are not two irrelevant parallel lines.

Yeah, great! I'll make you ice cream when we get back.

Thank you.

After eating Tian's ice cream,

doesn't your mind instantly clear, instantly refresh?

And then you can perform better.

Do you like painting houses?

Yes, I especially like Xingyue Mountain.

Such a good place, right?

If we could build a little house with green mountains at its back, facing the sea,

how great would that be!

Watch the sea during the day, watch the stars at night.

So cool to imagine, right?

Then, why don't you build one?

Are you joking?

You need the government's approval to build a house and money to build it.

I don't have money.

You didn't bike here? I'll give you a ride.

- Hello? - What's wrong?

Something went wrong?

All right, I'm on my way.

I'll go now.

I'm going to the company.

I'm going to the shop, hop on.

Hurry up! What are you waiting for?

- Come on! - Okay.

[Modern Sweet, Sweet Ice Cream]

Okay, we're here. Good luck at work.

Okay, I'll go now.

Bye!

Hey, what are you looking at?

Didn't you say something happened? What's wrong?

I'm holding it in my hands. The signboard fell off.

I'm afraid of the electricity, so I can't put it back.

Maybe I didn't install it properly.

Okay, let me do it.

Hold this for me.

Hold it tight for me.

I don't want to get stuck up there again.

It's too embarrassing.

[Sweet Ice Cream]

Thank you.

So, you two…

have already reached this stage?

What stage?

Hey, there you are! I've been waiting for you.

- Where is he? - Inside.

Hey, wait! I have to warn you.

It's Liu Tai, the son of Wan Xing's chairman.

- He just returned from overseas and— - Why does that matter to me?

He's pretty troublesome, and wants to meet you.

So here I am.

Ah, that's true.

He's inside.

I can't talk to him anyway, so I'll leave you to it. Go ahead.

This is our chief engineer, Su Mu.

This is our partner on the current project,

Director Liu Tai, from Wan Xing Holdings.

You're late, but it's okay.

Let's start.

Our latest design has incorporated a protective shield.

Performance against external interference has greatly improved.

At the same time, we also improved its photography capabilities.

It's capable of obtaining immediate real-time image data.

You don't have to explain it all.

If our company isn't capable of something, no one else is either.

Just tell me your completion date.

and I'll have them prepare to import the raw materials.

Do you know that some components need to be imported?

That requires advanced approval.

When I've completed it,

I will notify you.

All we ask is your cooperation.

What do you mean?

Su Mu's production cycle is very stable. Don't worry about that.

Once we've got the plans finalized we'll give them to you immediately.

Okay, understood.

I'll go home and discuss it with my dad.

I have more meetings.

I'll leave first.

We won't see you out.

Congratulations, Sister De.

You two are moving so fast, almost like you used some magic spell.

It's only been a few days, but you already have that kind of relationship.

What kind of relationship?

Like, he rides on your bike

and helps you hang the signboard.

That's because I help him.

So it's normal for him to help me in return.

How do you help him?

- I help him to make ice cream. - Oh…

That means you help him make ice cream and he helps you…

Hey!

Have you had better luck recently?

It does seem a lot better.

Doesn't it, though?

You have been leaving at 7:00 sharp the past few days… do you go and meet him?

Yes.

He asked me to go to his house every day to help him make ice cream.

Hey, but… How do you two communicate?

Did you learn more sign language?

We misunderstood him.

He can speak.

He's just quiet.

He can talk?

He is a weirdo.

But we have a pure business relationship. Don't think too much!

Hey, I'm not overthinking it.

I just want to see how he's changed your fortune.

Wow, look at this.

Your fortune is much more stable in your recent horoscope.

Look at this change.

Is this for real?

No way…

May 15th?

That was the day he repaired my scooter.

After that,

I did feel much less unlucky.

See! I told you!

As long as you don't mess with him,

you'll be able to survive retrograde Mercury.

No darling, I'm not lying. I didn't drive.

My mom is here, I'm shopping with her.

He is much better than some men.

Ah? Who?

There, that asshole.

Who is that?

I'd heard that Liu Tai is pretty difficult to deal with.

Cooperating with him this time, it's purely because we see Wan Xing's potential.

What he said just now, don't take it to heart.

I don't care.

That's good.

What's wrong with your hand?

I accidentally scratched it during the test.

Are you okay?

It's fine.

That's good.

All right, I'll bring you home.

You go pick up the car first. I'd like to buy some ice cream.

Okay.

It's fate.

De De, the signboard is already hung and there won't be any more customers. Let's close up.

Okay, then you go home and rest.

What? You're staying?

I'll stay and clean the shop.

What else is there to clean? I've cleaned it all.

You just want to wait for him.

No… Didn't I promise to make him ice cream every day?

And it's ready.

Yeah but… will he come at this hour?

Of course, we have a deal.

Okay then. Then I'll go first, you wait for him.

Okay.

- Bye-bye. - Bye-bye.

You came.

It's been ready and waiting.

[Pink: Wait, Blue: Don't wait]

T-T-This is for you.

Thank you.

Then… I'll be on my way.

Then, are you not going home?

No, I am.

Get home safe. Be careful on your way back.

Okay.

Who is that?

Oh, hey, Li Di.

Where?

Oh okay, I'll head over.

Okay. All right, bye.

She'll be here soon. No one is allowed to tell her about my birthday tomorrow.

What? You just want to see if she remembers?

No way. I just want to surprise her.

- Shouldn't she surprise you on your birthday? - That's true!

It's already a surprise if she remembers it.

You're nuts. Drink up, come on!

Cheers!

Nice hit! Well played!

Hey, what's up? Why didn't you react at all to such a nice hit?

Good shot! Yeah! Good shot!

What's the matter? You are not yourself recently.

Yes, Senior. You haven't been here for a long time.

What have you been busy with recently?

I haven't rested much lately, lots of late nights. So I'm just not feeling great.

It's not good to stay up. Your body can't take it.

Yeah, what's so important that you have to stay up all night? Tell us about it.

- Watch dramas. - Eh, watching dramas!

You have been in a good mood recently.

Yeah?

- Is it the ice cream? - Yes.

But you can't eat it every day. It is bad for your health if you eat too much. Got it?

Got it.

Hey, do you have any plans for tomorrow night?

Nothing after 7:00.

- Hey, let's go play ball together. - Yeah, cool.

Let's do that.

- Just playing ball? - Yes.

- If not, what else? - Yeah, what?

All right.

Oh, right! Let me ask you something.

- Ask away. - Sure.

So… if you guys like a girl, do you come up with reasons to approach her, or...?

No way.

- No, it's actually very simple. - Tomorrow is just about playing ball.

- Of course. - Right!

Come on, let's drink!

Cheers!

Hey, why did you ask that?

I was just curious. I have been watching dramas.

It's for my reviews, just reviews.

Great, so we'll all meet up at the stadium tomorrow!

- Cheers! - Tomorrow at 8:00!

Would you like something to drink?

No, thanks.

What are you doing?

- Making ice cream. - By yourself?

I asked someone to do it for me.

A professional?

Yes.

But I think you should eat less.

I'm afraid that your body can't take it.

I asked her to make only one a day.

So I won't eat too much.

That's another solution.

But you still have to meet Hui Zi's friend.

I'm worried that this is just a temporary measure, and it'll get worse in the future.

I think it's getting better now.

Well, if you say so.

Oh, by the way, I'll stay here tonight. The people upstairs are renovating their unit.

Look at my dark circles. I haven't slept well for a few days.

It's your house, do whatever you want.

Isn't this also your house?

I'll go shower first.

Male or female?

Still not leaving at this hour?

They aren't living there, are they?

Let me wrap it with something else.

Why?

How can you use that on an injury?

I want to use this.

It's almost healed, anyway.

Why are you still bandaging it if it is healed?

Can you wrap it as it was?

Can't you just… work on your obsessive-compulsive tendencies?

Maybe it'll help reduce your stress.

Can you make the right bow bigger?

There you go.

- Daughter… - Mom.

Are you at home alone?

Where's the plumber?

How can such a handsome plumber only come once?

Don't lie to me. Did he come by again?

Mom, what plumber?

Hey, Dad, my mom is drunk.

Your dad, where is your dad?

Your dad is over here!

It's okay, Mom. Hurry up and take care of my dad.

I need to go now.

How could you drink…

I'm hanging up now.

Why are you still up? What are you looking at?

Why aren't you in bed?

Hey, I haven't come back for a long time.

I'm not used to it. I can't sleep.

There's the toy dog under my bed. You can hug it and sleep.

Oh, right.

It's too late now. You should stop.

- Don't stay up too late. - Got it.

Let's go, sleep now.

They even turned off the lights.

It's definitely a woman, right?

No, it can't be.

Su Mu wouldn't bring a girl home that easy, right?

Oh, maybe not.

I've also been to his house.

Wait, the hair band?

Is it the owner of the hair tie?

It's a woman!

I should stop thinking about it. It's not my business.

I'll definitely find out who you are!

I'll just wait you out here.

I'm not going to sleep.
