[See You Again]

[Episode 27]

Nice shot.

Well...

Watch the game till the end.

The game is over.

Let's...

Break up.

Chuan.

I'm sorry.

You don't have to be.

Here.

I wish you can be a happy drunkard

every time you lift up your glass.

When I come back next time,

let's have beer together.

Well,

let's shake hands.

You really like this.

It doesn't matter, right?

It's the last time anyway.

I thought at least

we wouldn't see each other for a while.

At least

you wouldn't come to my office.

I wrote this letter of resignation

two years ago.

I didn't want to give up

the project half way,

so I didn't hand it in.

This is from last year.

I was reluctant

to give up the script I'd followed for a year,

So I held it up again.

What's this about?

I don't know.

This was written in Suzhou, on the day

when I knew the budget was cut by half.

But when I poured wine on you that day,

I felt much better.

So I put up with it.

What I want to say is that in my heart,

you've been fired countless times.

Life is not in vain.

Every step counts.

So I don't regret being in Jianghe for so many years.

But now,

I don't want to bear it anymore.

I wrote this last night.

Hush.

I...

I'm Ma.

Ma.

Ma.

Why are you here?

I want to take Taotao away.

After all this,

how can you possibly take her away?

What you did is already on TV.

The police are all around here,

waiting to arrest you.

Police?

Ms. Zhang.

I beg you.

You...

Don't tell the police about me.

No, no.

Don't tell the police I'm here.

Don't tell them. Please.

Fine.

I beg you.

Okay. I won't call the police.

I won't.

OK.

But someone will come

to check on Taotao later.

How about this?

I'll help you

keep an eye outside of the door.

Help me watch them.

I'll help you.

Thank you, Ms. Zhang.

Thank you.

You...

Qinyu,

you have to think it through.

Since no one dares to film the Legend of Huangpu,

I'll sell Mengsheng

and raise money to shoot it myself.

Mengsheng

is your own business.

I know

the position it has in your heart.

I'll say this.

Whether you'll succeed or not,

the door of the Wen's family

is always open for you.

Master.

Cut.

Mr. Di, it's a wrap.

Congratulations, Mr. Di.

Congratulations.

Mr. Di.

Thank you.

Tomorrow will be the last day

for the Legend of Xiang Qinyu.

It'll be a wrap.

Keep it up.

Okay.

Cheers.

Let's take a photo first.

Runners, clean up both sides please.

Thank you, Yu.

Who would have thought

the boy from Shanghai who was bullied

in the martial arts troupe

has become so respected.

By the way,

I have a favor

a ask you.

Okay, go ahead.

What can he do?

This kid

is always like this, right?

He knows nothing,

except how to make trouble.

I think

he's on his way to have fun again.

Teng Xi.

Hold on.

There's another scene.

Well,

I'll go first.

Go ahead.

What are you doing?

I haven't seen this for a long time.

Before Chi Yu and I

graduated,

we worked as extras in the crew.

We had lunch with this.

One day,

he got his salary for two days

and bought me

such a big plate of braised prawns.

But he didn't know that

actually, I secretly

had some other snacks every night.

Let's say...

If...

If Xiang Qinyu is still alive

after the attack,

can Chi Yu still be alive?

Ayin.

I owe him an apology.

Even for this,

I'll keep looking for him.

Even if I can never find him.

No matter how long it takes,

I will never give up.

Longda said

he believes

Chi Yu is still alive.

What do you think?

I believe it, too.

When Chi Yu is back,

and finds out that someone

acted in a drama in replacement of him,

his reactions must be funny.

What's wrong?

Maybe it's because the shooting is about to end,

I feel empty

inside my heart.

Who always asked

when we could stop revising the script?

My talent

hasn't been fully shown yet.

I promised you

to help you fulfill your wish

and make you famous.

I don't want to be famous anymore.

I just want you to remember me.

That's enough.

How is it?

New clothes.

Do you think it'll look good in photos?

Yes.

The one picked by me, Jin Ayin,

is certainly the best.

Of course you look good in everything.

Yes.

Chi Yu.

Take a look.

This is the last scene which I spontaneously revised with Mr. Hu.

I think it's more meaningful

to shoot it this way compared to before.

Xiang Qinyu saw the man in black

holding a gun

pointing to him.

I've collected a lot of news

about the Legend of Huangpu

and scrabbled up this scene.

Take a closer look.

Director, don't...

We still have so many things to do.

We still have couple photos to take.

Xiang Qinyu,

can you not go filming tomorrow?

Ayin.

If you don't go shooting tomorrow,

it won't happen.

Yes.

It won't happen if you don't go.

Ayin.

Ayin.

Ayin, let me out first.

Let's have a talk.

Ayin.

Xiang Qinyu.

I don't want this to end like this.

We can't end like this.

Ayin.

Let me out.

Let's talk.

I know you are leaving.

Xiang Qinyu.

The scene in the script

is exactly the same

as it was in the Legend of Huangpu.

Does it mean,

just like before,

Ze will come tomorrow,

and everything

will be replayed, right?

Chi Yu's dad said

this world is a big valley of echos.

The sound that goes out will come back.

If Ma Zehao

really corresponds to the person who wanted to kill me,

he will come back.

Then you'll get hurt tomorrow.

Ayin.

I...

I wish I could find a way

to stay.

But if not,

I must catch him.

I can't let him hurt you,

and Chi Yu's parents.

You're innocent.

You said before

no matter how romantic the encounter is,

it's not half as good as the reality.

Let me tell you now.

No matter how painful the parting is in my imagination,

it's not even one 10000th of the reality.

But I don't regret it.

For every minute and second I've spent with you here,

I have no regrets.

Sleep well tonight.

You'll be fine when you fall asleep.

I'll come up with

something to make you happy tomorrow.

Why is my black dress gone?

Maybe

someone bought it.

♫Every frame and second in front of the camera♫

There's not even one thing

to cheer me up.

♫I try to find your mark♫

♫Fate is really magical♫

♫It makes time and space reverse♫

♫The intertwined visual angles♫

♫The world is not big or small♫

Ayin.

♫I'm used to being surrounded by you♫

I asked someone to change the stove.

I also watered your plants.

♫The script has been finalized♫

Ms. Wu promised me

♫You are the only lead♫

to change the light in the building for you.

I'll take the orange lantern with me.

♫But I'm praying♫

Silly girl.

Don't be so stingy to yourself anymore.

Eat well.

♫Hug in the time-gap♫

And

that black dress

was actually bought by me.

♫Read all your heartbeats♫

I think you'll look good in it.

♫Different tracks♫

♫Same pace♫

Ayin.

I'm sorry.

♫I really want to♫

You know what?

♫Be with you until we are old♫

I've always been

someone who can't

say what's on my mind out loud.

♫Hug in the time-gap♫

If I look into your eyes,

my heart will melt.

But now,

♫You are a habit that I cannot overcome♫

I have a mission to fulfill.

And I have a debt to pay off.

♫Hold on for one more second♫

No matter what's waiting for me today,

Ayin.

♫Even if we won't be able to meet again♫

there's something

I think you should know.

♫I remember♫

Sir.

♫The smile when you came♫

Faster.

Faster please.

I'm glad to have met you.

Sir, please go faster.

Faster.

Hurry up.

Hurry it up.

The flowers are here.

Put them there.

Okay.

Chi Yu.

The script has been revised a lot.

Let's rehearse.

Not now.

What's wrong with him?

How could he suddenly revise the script the night before shooting?

I've never seen anyone like this.

Hush. Keep it down.

Let's make it through today.

You...

Watch where you're going.

Chi Yu.

Why are you so absent-minded today?

He is...

Prop.

He must be on the prop team.

A masked man

with a hat on.

He's not from the crew.

He must have sneaked in.

Chi Yu.

You've just mentioned

a masked man

with strange eyes?

I think I've seen him somewhere.

Someone came to deliver flowers

and pushed a cart.

He put them next to the director's CCTV.

Where is the person who delivered this?

Chi Yu.

I was talking about you.

Where is the person who delivered this?

Don't be anxious. I'll check it for you.

What's the hurry?

It's weird.

We didn't order flowers today.

No flowers?

Ma Zehao.

Yu.

Yu. Yu.

It's me.

Why are you...

What are you holding?

The stuff for the lighting team,

for the shooting later.

Are you okay?

I'm fine.

I got the wrong person.

Yu.

I have something to do.

I have to go.

Ma Zehao.

Come out.

Ma Zehao.

Come out.

It should be this box.

Take a look.

Xiang Qinyu.

Teng Xi said you are not feeling well.

What's wrong?

Ma Zehao is here.

Ma Zehao?

Where is he?

I don't have time to tell you.

If anything happens to me,

take care of Ayin.

Wait.

What do you mean?

Hurry up.

Where are you going?

Something happened in Warehouse A02.

Isn't that the place where we store guns?

What happened?

Go away.

Why won't you listen?

Go away. Don't stop me.

You don't understand.

My friend.

This is our on-set screenwriter.

Screenwriter?

Long, no matter who she is, she can't go through it like this.

It was not easy for us to tidy up the boxes.

She messed it all up.

What is she doing?

There's nothing I can do.

Come down.

Someone put a real gun in here.

Let's talk outside.

Dismissed.

Come on. Let's go.

Sorry, Lai.

Calm down.

I'm sorry.

So,

there is a real gun in here

which was used by Ma Zehao to kill you.

Then

isn't it the same as before?

Then you are...

I'll find the actor who's supposed to shoot the gun

and tell him to stop acting.

If he quits,

someone else will do it.

It's useless.

I'll go find Ma Zehao then.

Xiang Qinyu.

If you need help,

remember to tell me.

Xiang Qinyu.

I can't find it.

I can't.

It's okay.

It's okay.

Everyone, hold on.

I'm really sorry for what happened just now.

Can you keep an eye on

any stranger that

we've never seen in the crew before?

Long.

There are so many people in our crew every day.

I really can't tell who's new.

Here's the thing.

This person is very important.

Pay attention to him.

Okay, brother.

Thank you.

All right.

After today's filming,

everything will be over.

But after the filming is over,

you'll be leaving.

Maybe

I won't die.

We still don't know yet.

Can you stay a little longer?

You can't leave yet.

I don't want you to leave.

I know.

I've written many stories,

but I've never written a tragedy.

I don't like tragedies.

Our story

shouldn't be a tragedy.

Then

write me the best ending.

At least

on a rainy day.

At a street corner,

or

in a cafe.

Someone sings some old songs,

and we spend

the most satisfying day there.

Then you say goodbye.

I'll say goodbye, too.

Let's go.

♫On that day♫

♫The wind gently crosses your face♫

♫I secretly wrote it down♫

♫The first chapter of my unlikely encounter with you♫

♫If one day♫

The weather is not cooperating.

Just make do with it.

♫You'll wonder about me too♫

♫That's the sound of a heartbeat♫

♫A foretaste of what's to come♫

♫Maybe we can meet someday♫

♫I'm ready♫

♫To take you to the future♫

♫To welcome this love♫

♫When we meet again♫

♫It'll be the most romantic scene♫

♫At that moment♫

There's no music, either.

♫My heart is engraved with♫

♫Your sweetest face♫

♫On that day♫

♫Waiting turns out to be a challenge♫

♫I can't wait to♫

♫Write the second chapter of pure love with you♫

♫We've been through so much♫

♫To finally meet the one in a million♫

♫Across time and space♫

♫To taste the fabulous beauty of love♫

Xiang Qinyu.

I will always

♫Maybe we can meet someday♫

love you in my heart.

♫I'm ready♫

Don't forget me.

♫To take you to the future♫

♫To welcome this love♫

No, I won't.

♫When we meet again♫

♫It'll be the most romantic scene♫

♫At that moment♫

Xiang Qinyu.

♫My heart is engraved with♫

Do what you want to do.

♫Your sweetest face♫

♫Your sweetest face♫

I know

I should be content.

I had dinner

♫Maybe we can meet someday♫

with you,

♫Build our fortress♫

held your hand,

hugged you,

♫To treat you with care and consideration♫

and kissed you.

♫For even a brief moment♫

♫Spending all our luck♫

But I love you so much that

♫Just to meet you♫

I couldn't bear to return it.

♫To love you through the millennia♫

But now,

I should be brave.

♫It's in my dreams♫

♫The image that keeps coming back to me♫

No matter what happens today,

I will always be with you,

♫The image♫

waiting for you.

♫The wind crosses your face♫

Because I'm your fan.

♫One look makes my heart flutter♫

♫The secret♫

♫That day♫

♫I want to tell you in person♫

♫It's all I want♫

♫An open secret♫

Hurry up.

Move the car forward.

Hurry up.

Come on, move. Ready.

Come on, run a few steps over there.

Hurry up.

Anyway, I think this scene

is the last scene of our movie.

It's the ending.

A wrap-up.

Be careful.

Don't let anything happen to you

at the end of our filming.

Is there anything else

we can do?

We can only hope

this story

will have a good ending.

Be careful.

[The Legend of Xiang Qinyu]

Scene 95, take one, shot one.

The last scene.

He's really arrogant.

How dare you come alone?

Do it!

The climax is coming.

At this time,

Xiang Qinyu still doesn't know

his glorious life

will turn into a complete myth

in the next ten seconds.

What is Xiang Qinyu thinking

at this time?

Does he believe

that he can

build the glory of Shanghai action movies by himself?

Does he still believe

that even though he's been through a lot,

the family he can never find

will be waiting at his door?

Everything

is uncertain.

What we know is that

for this scene,

he's doing his best, like he always does.

I don't compete with others for anything,

but if something belongs to me,

I'll never give in.

But the accident happened unexpectedly.

Cut.

Congratulations to Chi Yu. It's a wrap.

Congratulations.

Thank you.

Here.

It's a wrap. It's a wrap.

Chi Yu.

Although you always make trouble on the set,

this scene is amazing.

You are almost like Xiang Qinyu himself.

Especially the nervousness.

It was very good.

Not bad.

Yu, let's take a photo.

Please sign for us.

Sign here.

Sign here.

Sign here.

The shooting is done?

If not, so what?

Keep shooting then.

It's great that he's fine.

Team B,

how's the empty frame shooting going?

Hand over the props.

Here, hand in the props. Hurry.

Director,

we only have an empty frame of explosion

left to shoot over here.

Okay.

Good.

Director.

Is there any explosion scene today?

Yes.

Everyone, get ready.

Action.

Don't explode.

Stop.

Xiang Qinyu.

The exploder is glitched.

The exploder is glitched.

Xiang Qinyu.

[I know the world has always been like this.]

[Cloud will fade after gathering. However, however...]
