[The Starry Love] [Adapted from "The Starry Love" by Yi Du Jun Hua]

[Episode 25]

Did Qingheng and Ziwu tell you

that I was at the House of Colors?

They did. Money,

it's your birthday today.

Why didn't you tell me?

Thank goodness

Qingheng and Ziwu gave me a reminder.

Don't worry.

When I'm back, I'll make sure they suffer...

I'll make sure they know how grateful I am.

You should.

But I have already thanked them.

Thanks to their reminder,

I could

buy you a gift in time.

A gift?

I don't know what you like

so I hired the ten best chefs

in the Beast Realm

to cook you

these gourmet Longevity noodles,

garnished

with the freshest food.

Do you like it?

Gourmet, you say?

Also...

There's more?

In the Beast Realm, we have this saying.

The Longevity Buns you eat should be the same number as your age.

You're 20 this year

so you need to eat 20 Longevity Buns.

Twenty?

I highly doubt you're making a lot of money

with your book.

Can we return the food?

Don't! Eat them!

I'm willing

to spend much more on you.

Here. Eat them while it's warm.

Have a sip of the Longevity Noodles before you have the buns.

(Longevity Noodles, Longevity Buns.)

(I wonder if I'll die)

(if I eat them all.)

(I'll just take a few polite bites.)

Don't bite and sever it.

If you bite the Longevity noodles,

it'll bring bad omens.

You must...

Do you like it?

Here. Have the Longevity Bun.

(I can't stay here for long.)

(Fiery is still waiting for me.)

(But there is so much left!)

Eat all of them.

(I'll eat them quickly so I can scoot.)

Dear.

Dear.

Are you all right?

Why did you come out?

You. Not back.

I... Worry.

Look. I'm in one piece.

Let's go back.

Go inside now.

Dear. Toilet. Chamber. Out?

The toilet

is next door.

It's a female toilet

so it's a bit different

from the usual ones.

Don't barge in there.

Come.

Dear, eat them.

I just went to the toilet.

I can't eat now.

Come. Dear.

Here.

Birthday gift.

Is it also Longevity Noodles?

Dear, you know?

I was just guessing.

[House of Colors]

So you're here, Miss Yuexia.

Sir was looking for you.

(Wenren is looking for me?)

I see you two have met.

But...

Why is your hair...

Hair. Any problem?

No.

Not at all.

(Oh, no.)

(Wenren left his room.)

(If the waiter ran into that Wenren,)

(everything would be exposed.)

Dear. Don't leave.

My tummy is hurting.

I'll come back soon.

Wait for me.

Dear!

Wenren.

Why did you come down?

Yuexia.

I thought you left.

Why did you come back?

Unless you need to tell me something?

Didn't you go looking for me?

I am looking for a drawing.

And you just left?

Yes.

(If it's not him, then...)

(Oh, no.)

(The waiter mistook)

(Heartless for Wenren.)

Look.

It's dirty here. Where did you get that?

Yuexia.

I knew you still love me.

Come. Let's go back.

That soon?

Let's go.

Yuexia, are we...

Wait for me here.

Don't come out.

Heartful!

Heartful!

Money! I have been looking for you.

Where did you go?

Come. Let's go back first.

Go in first.

Dear.

Wait for me.

Dear.

Toilet. Female. Man. Inside?

Money!

Wait.

What happened?

Don't move.

(Hold on.)

(They are being separated by only a curtain.)

(If they meet up,)

(all I did will be in vain.)

Yuexia!

Pardon me, everyone.

Today is my birthday.

I would like to dedicate this dance

to the person I cherish the most.

-Nice! -Great!

-Bravo! -Amazing!

Qingheng, these three soul shards

did not inherit any of Youqin's intelligence

and were easily fooled by Qingkui.

Qingheng, how long

do we have to wait?

Now!

[Chongwen Hall]

-Watch out! -Watch out!

-Who are you? -Who are you?

The three of us look identical.

Money.

What is going on?

You three

are the soul shards of my brother,

the Empyrean Xuanshang.

He gave his life

to repair Guixu.

Only three soul shards

fell into the Mortal Realm.

We can

only revive him

when the three of you

fall in love

with my sister-in-law.

I'm sorry

that we had to do this

to break the truth to you.

Even since we came to the Mortal Realm,

we had gone through a lot to look for you.

We are very close

to reviving my brother

but my sister-in-law

grows hesitant

because she doesn't want to hurt you all.

Ziwu and I had no choice

but to do this

so that the three of you can meet each other.

Money,

he's telling

the truth?

Dear.

Truth?

Yuexia.

Tell me.

Qingkui.

I know you can't bear to see

the three soul shards sacrifice themselves.

But the three of them

now know the truth.

And the voidwalkers are plotting something big.

The only solution

is to revive Youqin

so that peace can be maintained.

Listen, I...

No wonder.

I thought

you did everything

to win my heart.

In the end, it's for him.

I did everything

and this is the ending I get?

Fiery.

No way. No way.

Fiery.

Heartful.

Wenren. Hear me out.

-Qingkui... -Qingkui...

You're awake.

I lost all my power.

I lost

this millennia-long battle.

You're like this

because of me.

Do you regret it?

Not at all.

But I owe you an...

No need to say it.

I have done a lot of thinking lately.

Whether I marry the right husband or not,

what is done is done.

No matter how many lies

you told me,

your genuine feelings toward me

make up for them.

Now,

whether alive or dead,

we will not leave each other.

All right?

I just wanted to defend my mother

but now that I lost,

I cannot go up against

Yingzhao anymore.

Fortunately, Mother and you

are both safe.

Consort Xue

has never asked for anything other than your safety.

I love you,

not your status as the Void Prince.

Chaofeng.

Why

don't we

bring Consort Xue with us

and leave this place?

Stay away from the politics of the Void Realm.

All right?

In that case,

let's retire in White Bamboo Valley.

We'll lead a peaceful life.

For real?

Yes.

White Bamboo Valley is located on the far edge of the world.

It's secluded,

perfect for a reclusive life.

Wonderful.

Qingkui.

Qingkui.

Please help Tan.

What happened?

Qingkui.

Qingkui.

How long do you want

to run away from all this?

When you aren't decisive enough, complications are bound to happen.

Have you forgotten why

we came to the Mortal Realm?

Look for those soul shards now.

They love you so much

that they will forgive you.

That's right, Qingkui.

The Void Empress

will invade the Beast Realm soon.

If we don't revive Youqin,

we'll be done for.

Qingkui!

Let's barge in.

Stop!

Princess Yetan.

She has been in the Mortal Realm for more than a year.

No one wants Empyrean Xuanshang

to come back

more than she does.

But these three soul shards

want to have their own future,

with their own free will.

My sister wants to grant them their wishes.

She doesn't want Empyrean Xuanshang

to toil for another life.

Is it wrong?

But...

Second Prince, Princess Ziwu,

you plot and scheme.

Have you ever considered

the Empyrean and my sister's future?

Kui.

If you have made up your mind

and want to tell me,

go ahead.

Kui.

I think

I should let those shards

decide their own future.

Are you sure?

If Empyrean Xuanshang isn't revived,

no one can get rid of Iridescent Eyes.

Compared to what Fiery, Wenren, and Heartless

(did to me,)

the restriction imposed by the Iridescent Eyes

is nothing.

If you have made up your mind,

why are you upset?

Qingheng and Ziwu are rightfully

concerned.

The Void Realm will invade soon.

If Youqin isn't revived,

how can I protect Qingheng and Ziwu?

I really

am at my wit's end.

Tan.

Chaofeng and I agreed

to hide in White Bamboo Valley.

It is at the edge of the world

so it's far from these politics.

If you want,

you can bring those soul shards and come with us.

But they

don't want to see me now,

let alone

listen to me.

You can write to them.

I can deliver the letters to them.

Qingkui...

Qingheng.

Ziwu.

I have made up my mind.

I'll let those soul shards decide

their own future.

If they want to stay here,

I'll bring them to White Bamboo Valley.

No.

Those soul shards have to be reunited.

I will go back with Youqin!

Her Highness is doing this for him.

I don't care.

Come.

Escort Qingheng and Princess Ziwu

to their rooms.

Come.

Yes, sir.

-You... -Di Lanjue.

-Let go! -Di Lanjue.

Let go of me.

Let me go.

Di Lanjue.

Sorry.

Let go!

Once those soul shards have left,

I'll free you.

Tan.

Chaofeng and I will head to the inn now

to pick up the Consort Xue.

Once you find the soul shards back,

we'll meet at Mingchun Valley.

Everything is fake!

She did everything

to revive

that Shaodian Youqin!

[To Heartless]

(I am the second daughter of the human race's Emperor Tun.)

(By accident, I married into the Heavenly Realm)

(and that was how I met)

(Shaodian Youqin.)

(He)

(disavowed all his emotions.)

(But because)

(of my reckless intrusion into his life,)

(his emotions came back.)

(That's why he had to sever)

(the three shards that are you.)

(I did come to the Mortal Realm)

(to revive him.)

(But as I spend more time with you,)

(I realize that you)

(are not)

(just a shard.)

[To Fiery]

(You are the best,)

(the most loyal person in this world.)

(You three have)

(a life of freedom.)

(Fiery.)

(You are temperamental)

(but you are also the most sensitive of everyone.)

(Only by meeting you did I realize)

(that it is possible to stay true to yourself,)

(despite being misunderstood by everyone.)

(Heartless.)

(When you spent all your fortune to save me,)

(you said)

(that I was invaluable in your heart.)

(However, what truly is invaluable)

(isn't me,)

[To Wenren] (but this sincerity of yours)

(that transcends all material gains.)

(Wenren.)

(Your sophistication,)

(your thoughtfulness,)

(I have never)

(experienced them before.)

(Growing up,)

(I have told countless lies,)

(fooling countless people.)

(But that day when you asked me)

(if I was truly in love with you,)

(that was when I realize)

(that I could fool everyone)

(but not my heart.)

(I am not asking you)

(to forgive me.)

(I just want to let you know)

(that you can decide your own future.)

(If you want to stay,)

(at a quarter to eight tomorrow morning,)

(I will be waiting for you at Mingchun Valley)

(in the outskirt of the Beast Realm.)

(I will bring you all somewhere safe.)

The rendezvous time

has passed.

They haven't shown up.

Just wait a bit longer.

Haichao.

Are they coming or not?

Be patient, Your Highness.

Despite all your lies,

you still stole Qingkui's heart.

I'm sure Princess Yetan

can do the same.

Any news about the soul shards?

The Beast Realm is vast

and their prince, Di Lanjue,

is protecting the soul shards.

I...

-I... -Dingyun.

Imbecile.

Shaodian Youqin

might be revived soon.

Chaofeng...

He is powerless,

and Yetan is eager to protect his sister.

I'm sure they will seek those soul shards.

So we use them as our guides?

Genius.

Mother.

Chaofeng was poisoned by your snake venom.

Perhaps you can perform a small trick

to locate him?

Indeed.

Come with me.

Qingkui and those soul shards

must be on their way now.

That stupid Di Lanjue.

Let me out!

Qingheng.

Maybe it isn't that bad

that the soul shards of Youqin

can lead a peaceful life.

What are you saying, Ziwu?

We were separated from Youqin

for more than a millennium.

Do we have to endure that

for the rest of our lives, too?

No.

I have to stop Qingkui.

Ziwu.

You lived in the Prince's Mansion for a long time.

Do you know of a way to make

those Beast guards open the door?

I...

I can try.

It worked.

Let's go.

I guess they won't forgive me.

This is bad, it's Yingzhao.

Mother.

The soul shards aren't here.

Has Shaodian Youqin been...

If he's still alive,

he won't leave his consort here.

My patience

is running thin.

Surrender the soul shards now.

We are going to die

either way.

Do you think I will say yes?

Chaofeng.

Stop playing the hero when you have lost all your power.

Kill them.

-Noted. -Noted.

-Charge! -Charge!

That side. Go!

Chaofeng.
