where you'll have to complete a puzzle.

No-one can sleep until the puzzle is completed.

Once you've finished your puzzle, only one of you can sleep

while your partner is stuck on a platform.

And your good friend The Algorithm

is going to be switching out your partners every few stations.

If you decide to quit, your partner will have to go with you.

There is going to be a series of long and gruelling challenges

across the course of this race.

While the algorithm will be changing your partners along the way,

your individual times will be calculated

across the course of the race,

and it will be the fastest woman and the fastest man

who will be crowned our Challenge champs.

You guys are going to jump on these bikes

and you have to pedal 100 kilometres.

You can split it any way you like,

but as a team, 100 kilometres before you can move on.

and my legs just aren't working,

Teams are going to jump into the river

where they have to swim out to a couple of buoys

to collect their puzzle pieces.

They're going to have to do two swims to collect their bags.

They then drop their puzzle pieces at their answer board

and run over to their puzzle key,

where they'll need to memorize their puzzle.

Once they think they've got it memorized,

they'll head back to the solving table

and try to re-create their puzzle.

Oh, yeah. It looks like Avocado River alright.

[LAUGHS]

I'm not the best in the water. And this water absolutely stinks.

It is green. There's stuff all over it.

But if I've got to swim through stinky green water to win money,

I'm going to do that.

And when I say water, this is more of a swamp.

I have survived a month with the same lash extensions

and the same hair extensions.

I have been treating them like newborn babies,

and now I'm about to dive into the stinkiest body of scum

I wish I knew how far into the final we are

because I am already so exhausted

and I know everyone else is and there is no end in sight.
