and keeping him in office.

an abandoned factory

that's part of
an urban renewal project

in Newhall,
but it's not on the list.

That's near Sylmar, where
Crystal met up with Navarro.

If Crystal and Navarro
are headed to that factory...

Then they're not trying
to attack any of the companies,

they're after the senator.
