the Brownstone Bistro

is really struggling.

And unfortunately, things

With only 24 hours
to turn this place around,

I needed to know what
the real problems were

before I arrived.

So my team told the restaurant

that they were trying out
for a traditional

renovation show.

being interviewed,

we installed hidden cameras
throughout the restaurant

and have been secretly
recording surveillance footage

since we left.

Brownstone Bistro

a fusion restaurant.
