And I can't say much without consulting...

There is a woman involved, but there is a crime?

A good crime is one good tortilla.

Is simple on the outside

Discover only the first dato in nailing the fork.

If. Yes, good...

I guess that it could be said that There is a crime.

I understand. A serious crime? Quite seriously.

A serious crime... the worst crime of course it is murder.

And solve murders is as the air we breathe to my.

The murder... well...

By the way what convinced Jane talk with the old?

She and I we know does much, if I understood.

Jane Wilkinson has only a interest in mind: Jane Wilkinson.

I hate to say it, but the good news and the bad are nothing for her.

If you're after something you want.

I can see it by deleting to the old Georgie...

And then be very offended If atraparan it.

She acts as if had much class...

with champagne and dinners group,

but there is still a very good reason at stake,

for that please dumb blonde role as well.

Well, I must hurry me.

Mr Hastings...

Do not imagine because want to see me.

Our mission is a little painful, honourable.

This is his wife.

I already believe it.

You should know that for some time...

his wife has asked the divorce.

She wants to marry with some film actor.

She suggested that speaking of the matter.

There is nothing to talk about.

Divorce is not granted.

Course is not the case.

Not refuses you grant? the divorce?

Mr Poirot not capto her surprise.

He wrote six months ago that I do not oppose divorce.

I had refused, but change their minds.

The reasons are mine. Anything else?

Here, Knights, please.

That fantastic.

Means that I am free. I can not believe it.

Focus for a moment, Please.

He said me,6 months ago...

wrote by granting him divorce.

I never received any letter.

No, no... its gratitude It is enough.

A reward... come, see.

I am glad to be able to help. This well.

Goodbye, Hercules. Madame...

Thank you.

It is strange that Lady Edgware..

not demonstrate any curiosity for that... missing letter.

For which there are four possible explanations.

Four?

Four.

One is never sent the letter.

Two, lord Edgware lies to say that you sent it.

Three, lady Edgware lie to say that never received it,

And four, someone got the letter.

By A., sender, or B, the recipient.

AND... Of which suspicion?

I...

Poirot.

Japp O... wanted Japp... climbs.

Oh, no. Scotland yard "private". insurance that comes to interrogate you.

Don't let discuss Poirot, do not leave.

Does not harm me physically.

Oh Japp, que te brings so early?

What early? I'm awake hours ago working

In a murder.

Poirot...

And who has been murdered?

Lord Edgware, stabbed to death last night by his wife.

Dead stabbed to death? by lady Edgware?

Jane Wilkinson, she is American actress.

Do and that makes you think that? What did she?

Do you think?. I know

Arrived last night as the ten in a taxi

Welcome to the Butler as if it came to the you,

and this morning there was his Ladies and gentlemen,

with a hole in the head up the marrow.

Because it would do something so?

I wanted to marry another.

Want to talk about me that?

I would like to hear another My answer.

Speak with lady Edgwere?

I saw her, but she will tell no one Word without a lawyer.

I will follow the show.

Poirot, que tal?

Lord Edgwere has been assassinated.

She dared to do it.

Please, meet the Scotland Yard inspector Japp.

Is in charge of the investigation.

Like this?

I am really sorry, but I was warned it the other night.

I remember what he said.

No doubt it is for that reason that believes that lady Edgwere..

is responsible for the deaths her husband.

This saying she did not?

No, no, no, Mr. Martin the did so

That makes sense.

I wanted to divorce in order to marry a Duke or count...

or whatever you call today.

But not wanted to release it, so...

Means will have to replace it now in the film, but...

But if you went to divorce. Talk with lord Edgwere yesterday.

Japp, that is the reason for my visit.

Because said you before? killed it?

I said.

Is it said?

It is extraordinary, huh?

A woman willing to declare publicly...

that would kill for your freedom,

Gets the freedom And still kills?

My poor Japp, I am afraid that your presentation of the case...

disgust with the intelligence.

Not disgust to mine.

I now return to your apartment.

I have a few questions for Mrs.

It is my way. Do not want that...

Reassign you to that of now onwards

wherever you go we It is on the way.

Kapland If?

I hate this costume.

If it is horrendous. Costume! rush, we are going.

Hello Hercules. Inspector...

What do you think? Order costumes of mourning to Harrods this morning...

but I hate black.

Do you think that... a lavender? would be improper?

Black or anything. Cannot take that, it is impossible.

It is my lawyer, Mr Maxón.

That man is believed to kill George.

Inspector, what exactly when step the unfortunate fact?

Last night, at ten o'clock.

Do you see? I was at a dinner last night.

I should not say that.

But asked you about their activities of yesterday afternoon...

You are right, you said yesterday afternoon.

I think not him pleasure type Scotland Yard

Just try to fulfil its duty.

Your think?

I was lucky to change of go to the party idea

Change idea?

If I had a headache terrible yesterday afternoon.

and it would only send an apology.

You said it to someone?

If it was filming just to say hello...

before Next week.

We sat down to take the you, what they do here,

and I said that I had a terrible headache and I went home to bed.

And because reconsidero?

By Ellis.

Ellis?

Said me that it would not break commitments, and I went.

Poirot..

Good bye.

Thank you very much for the information.

Japp, waiting for me.

Is irresistible in its widow suit.

Absolutely. No add nothing.

Get some minutes of ten.

Said that does not announce it and went directly to the library.

Ten minutes later I heard close the front door.

At eleven, have a look of me going to sleep.

But it was dark, and assumed that Honourable was asleep.

The maid inside found his body there this morning.

I am sorry, but how long? does working here?

Only six months, Mr.

Distinctness lady Edgwere for his films,

also the srta. Carroll, the Honourable Secretary.

I was standing there above.

You dressed Lady Edgwere?

Black dress, hat and pearls.

Please forgive me.

Inspector, we have established? the exact time of death?

No wait autopsy and see that you selves.

That way more charming say so.

Inspector, to hear what Anyone who inherits the title?

His nephew, Ronald Marsh; a spendthrift, they say.

Inspector, is for you.

Srta. Carroll, I understand that the daughter of lord Edgwere lives here.

Is it true?

Lady Geraldine if.

The property inspector you'll want to talk with her.

I gave him a sedative; speak with her later.

A sedative?

Curse, lady Edgwere if It was this dinner.

Swear not rise on the artboard.

Just to take the phone and always the Butler saw her.

It is impossible, I tell you that I saw it here at ten o'clock.

I saw your face clearly.

Srta. Carroll. From which saw her face?

I stood...

Here same.

Then, if wearing hats, entered by the front door

and went to the library in this direction,

Saw you my face?

No, but juro you which It was that horrible woman.

Maybe if...

You may not.

Lissen Poirot, how lady Edgwere could?

be in two places at the same time?

That would be difficult even for her.

Suppose that the killer had

with that she would not go last night.

Assuming that, could kill lord Edgwere

and incriminate lady Edgwere using an impostor.

An impostor?

Yes, a talented imitator someone would use black

a color that Jane hates, someone like... Carlotta adams.

Please, soothe you, is not no santa

but it is so charming that not involve in a murder.

These are mere assumptions.

Suppose she visited to lord Edgwere

without knowing in no time the reason for your visit.

In that case, this morning would be the news

the death of lord Edgwere and he would talk with...

O God. I've been a fool.

I have been a stupid!

What happens now?

We locate As soon as possible.

Do not have your number. Where work must have the number.

Oh yes, the club. The club is called...

The club is called...

Looking for a taxi. If.

Fast. Taxi.

Conseguiste the number? Your number is busy.

Fast, enters.

To Queen Mary Gardens as fast as possible.

Are the police?

Friends of the srta. Adams. Can we talk to her?

O God, she is dead.

Too late.

It seems a sleeping girl.

Veronal. Who is that?

It is a strong sedative.

Death by overdose. I wouldn't be surprised.

My only consolation in this

is that we would not have Unable to save her,

was dead when we knew the assassination of lord Edgwere

Do you think that this also? was it murder?

In my experience...

the first murder is achieved with great remorse of conscience.

Then to persist the danger the second is more easy,

the third even more easy.

And like many things in life murder becomes habit

Then perhaps the two they are related.

If he gave his last performance as Jane Wilkinson.

Miss Bennett was his Secretary.

Miss Adams was taking? drugs to sleep, for example?

Did not take any drugs for nothing. Does she went last night?

If... I was here when return to that of the twelve.

Seemed exhausted and are It went straight to bed.

Today when arrives, she was still there, cold and...

Tell me about your day. I invite people?

What left the apartment yesterday?

Sacco with Jenny Driver, the Designer. It was his best friend.

Went back to that of the seven

excited as... A naughty girl.

And who was going to see?

No idea.

How it was dressed?

Wearing a black dress

Wearing jewelry?

Only the pearls that always used.

And took his makeup,

strange thing because It was free last night.

Can you identify this? mother-of-Pearl box?

No, Sir Huh?

Veronal..

Non-Carlotta.

She cannot use... not used glasses.

And it was much later? What that she arrived last night?

No, just a moment.

Gave me a letter to put in the mail.

And then I leave.

And put it in the mail last night? Yes, Mr.

Was who it aimed at? Do remember you?

Yes, his sister in the USA. Often written.

Please be brief.

The srta. Driver prepares her spring collection

and there is so much to do It is horrifying.

Jenny are Knights.

No, no, no. All bad. Get this piece please.

Oh Yes... my assistant told me that they wanted to discuss Carlotta.

I regret to inform you that the srta. Adams this dead.

What?

Is that... cannot be. Almorcé with her yesterday.

That I wanted to talk to you.

If.

Only one more.

That happened? Died in her sleep.

I can't believe it.

Only yesterday I was so excited for...

Why..?

Not be a trick... I think.

A trick?

She did not say, but gave me the impression that involved a lot of money.

This was worth. She is very smart.

Signing account? That's nice. What do we do now?

Decide who benefits with the death of lord Edgwere.

The heirs, the daughter nephew...

Lady Edgwere? Good.

And the Duke of...

Merton.

Not bad.

What?

To work.

It is like a miracle It happened just ideal.

The death of George...

You don't have a divorce complicated.

But not wondered? who killed her husband?

and probably Carlotta Adams.

I am sorry about the girl. I fond.

But do you know? Whoever that it was It made me a favour.

I assume that the police What averiguara everything.

I knew that he received a call by phone Sir Montague dinner.

A joke, I guess. A joke?

If. I'm the Butler the phone do you know?

And a voice I wonder if I was a lady Edgwere.

I answer Yes.

and she hung up. Does she?

If it was the voice of a woman.

Lady Edgwere, do me a favour.

Who killed her husband?

If I had to guess, I would say her daughter, Geraldine.

SR., Poirot, am Geraldine Marsh daughter of lord Edgwere.

Yes, welcome.

Her maid said wait here, If I wanted to talk to you.

Well, it is entirely mutual. between, please.

Sit anywhere. Perhaps beyond...

And good? How can I be useful?

Because my father sent you yesterday?

sent by my?

I am her daughter, I have the right to know what spoke.

Was on the family? He feared something? You told her?

What happened between Lord Edgwere and I

It is confidential.

I insist that say me.

I wanted to his father?

What if you wanted?

No, you did not want my father. I hated it.

Which mato it had their own reasons.

But I would add,100 more.

Although caused more innocent victims.

Who says?

I have reason to believe that the assassin killed again.

Another murder. Who?

Was...

No, no. As no There are facts to prove it,

more well ignore this last comment... for now.

Hello who is?

Lord Edgwere?

It is my cousin Ronald Marsh.

The new lord Edgwere. Between.

The brought me here.

Inspector Hello, we are again, a pleasure for my.

Enter and take seat. Thank you.

The companion of Carlotta Adams, huh?

Yes, Mr Poirot.

So to refer to lady Edgwere as his aunt

a comment that she seemed to suffer my recollection,

It was not just a rude comment a drunk young.

Well, he did not know my aunt, the film before, star was a joke...

I think we should go home now.

Poor one day to the next lord.

My deceased, not llorado Uncle I echo three years ago.

And now back... by murder I has transformed

sadness of creditors retailers hope.

God bless the aunt Jane.

Not look at me with those eyes detective accusers.

I have an excuse.

You also...

I am sorry.

I was dining and opera with the Dortheimer.

and boring daughter Rachel.

Disillusioned, Poirot?

Makes terms known to? Carlotta Adams?

A few months ago, why that?

Le fond?

Yes, much why do we speak? in past time?

Why does that? Because he died last night.

How?

An overdose of drugs... I believe that I am not deliberately.

We are home now.

Wow...

There are reasons and alibis for a dozen of murders.

A dozen? I hope that they are not so many, Hastings.

I hope that does not.

Is the residence of sir? Montague Corner?

If Mr.

Found at last.

Sir Montague is outside with their guests.

I understand.

Excuse me, was you who?

took one phone call to lady Edgwere

sir Montague dinner the other night?

If Mr.

And that can inform me?

Very little, Mr.

Interrupted his dinner to tell that had a phone call.

Do not misunderstand me, but he heard something of the conversation?

She said: "Hello, okay" and hung up.

He said the party continued.

Was the voice of a woman, I think. Yes, Mr, possibly foreign.

Foreign?

Thanks a lot anyway.

Mr Poirot be nice to see it.

Like this?

And Mr. Hastings.

Receives les the Wildburn. Already know us.

Oh, than good.

Very happy. Equally.

Interrupt your game forgive us.

In any way.

Please join us.

Play 50 pounds, the game you are not scared.

You can take my place.

Good oh 50 pounds.

Be careful, the ago trap.

Invite a variety of people charming the dinner

to meet lady Edgwere.

A good social mix It is a true work of art.

And art is my passion.

Oh, good shot.

Will be... Sir Montague...

Even the transvestite Greco-Roman de allá

It has a splendid elegance.

Not this agreement?

If...

Possesses a splendid elegance

Oh, bad luck.

What I see in the next ring.

What is your impression? of lady Edgwere?

Charming, very clever.

More than what you expected a American actress.

Taught me a few things about Greek art.

About Greek art?

Well, here I must concentrate.

Curse.

And one more, I think.

Thanks a lot.

Perhaps...

Could someone call us a taxi?

I'd love to take it. For really? Do you have car?

If Mr. I have here and There is enough space.

I don't even drive.

You are the young generation. His life is in your hands.

Mr. Hastings, I saw in Ivanov? in the lyric?

If I...? What? No, sorry, I am afraid that no.

Little hard.

There will be many of these.

Do you where I can leave it, Mr. Poirot?

At Scotland Yard.

Very well.

I met Jane Wilkinson Here the other day.

Oh, did you to the famous festival?

If. quite exciting. Jane has a... presence.

If.

Something that is not learned. Say I have also.

For really? I have some indefinable..

presence.

Indefinable... If.

Let's go. Sorry. It is ok.

Let me tell you a strange thing, Mr. Poirot.

If?

We were thirteen at dinner that night

Someone not came in the last moment.

It was in the library that I remembered from superstition of bad luck.

for the first lifted a panel of thirteen.

And who will get up first?

I...

Be careful with your hand.

If you had known there would be accepted that we would bring.

Curse, disappeared the Butler Edgwere

with,3000 pounds in francs French which the lord had to go to Paris.

What do you want to, Poirot?

My sole ambition is to be useful to Scotland Yard

that must have completed their investigation.

the death of... Carlotta Adams American actress.

Poirot, get you want?, I have larger fish fry.

In a soup, fish guys

are often more tasty that large.

Of which you speak?

But if you add a poison, the soup is contaminated

and then the size the fish is immaterial.

You have to do the fish?

It is your metaphor. I started not...

Enough fish, then. Limit you to listen to me.

Wise that the Repertoire of? Carlotta Adams

included an imitation how admirable Jane Wilkinson?

No. Yes, and the night of the murder,

Carlotta Adams wore black with a collar of pearls,

precisely what Secretary of honourable, the Ms. Carroll,

says dressed lady edgwere When I visit Honourable.

O God, you're right.

And that is not all.

Carlotta Adams had a case makeup that contained a wig

to imitated exactly Jane Wilkinson hairstyle.

Poirot, volviste what to do. Mandare it looking for immediately.

Already it sought, my friend. This dead.

Yes, if it is true.

What was the cause of death?

Your report will no doubt say an overdose of veronal.

It is... well clear.

Look, she goes where Edgwere, disguised as Jane Wilkinson does right?...

Yes, why?

I do not, is the first time I'm here.

She kills him, perhaps … by accident...

impulsively.

and remorse or fear, overdose.

Sense, Poirot.

Oh great minds think well.

I withdraw my comment.

Thank you, but still I do not understand as...

For what..? For that we are overdue?

A visit to surprise to the Duke of Merton.

No matter to me who are I will receive without an appointment.

His grace, Mr. Poirot threatens stay all day.

Okay, that should come.

Mr. Poirot and Mr. Hastings.

Is the reason for? This interruption?

I hope the formal announcement with great impatience.

Good morning.

This does not work.

Achieve my aim. Which was which?

Lady Edgwere is one touching woman

that said what is coming the mind at a time.

Is able to announce to the world

He married with the Duke Merton

and the poor Duke is the latest in the world to learn.

Well, you put in your place.

I disagree. As?

My diplomas of the Police Academy

The letter from the Duke said:

Can't my mommie Jane

Poirot, you should embarrass you What did.

If it is. I feel insignificant.

We are going to atone for my SIN with an omelette and a bottle of...

good wine.

Upside down.

Yoy my Friend te ambiguous to arrest Ronald Marsh.

Of really?, because listening to this.

Is a transcript of the letter of Carlotta Adams

"Remember Ronald Marsh?" you speak of the.

To the liked my imitation Jane Wilkinson

Create fools to lord Edgwere

and offered me, 10000 pound. Is something on a bet, I couldn't believe it.

Now I can get out of the tax problem

When I got my agent.

In any case, this cellars night Honourable as Jane.

If this here, I would like to speak with Mr Ronald Marsh.

If, Ronald is here, so seeketh.

I do not think that taste It has nothing to do, Hastings.

Great fighting minds between if.

So... my small alibi esfumo, huh?

We know where it was the night in question.

Do not visit my uncle to kill him.

And so was and who was? the woman who was with you?

I prefer not to say so...

We tell the truth from First, Ronald. It was me.

You wonder again, What was the reason for the visit?

Money, what you most?. Needed the pearls of my mother.

To engage them. a generous offer Dina gave me,

and jure pay though had that work

The taxi arrived and between

While you wait, I thought to see someone who knew that actor...

Bryan...

If. but which would not be my surprise

because the way to the House and entered with a key.

Just when I went out with pearls and me scared enough.

Of course I Zoom in to investigate.

And we were running.

And we returned to Covent Garden and no one saw us.

And to learn of the murder...

I thought keep Dina and my out of all this.

I thought that aunt Jane guilty,

So what that enlodar? with our getaway?

Everything very well-thought I must say.

It could not see Bryan Martin, none.

Was dining with Jenny Driver Designer

Of really?

If. You're not the only one with interesting details, Poirot.

And not to mention the ten thousand pounds offered to Carlotta Adams

Not be that speaks.

do you still play the innocent? in all this?

Not be what you mean, where would I get ten thousand pounds it?

Was ruined by the My uncle murder.

Which is under arrest.

Read his rights and take it.

Not.

Satisfied now, Poirot?

If you dine with Bryan night of the lord Edgwere murder with that?

I was surprised that not me speak about it before.

Well, did not seem me important.

There is thus nothing between you and Mr Martin

We are good friends According to the press.

If you could say me something not the press says...

I can think of nothing, love, I am sorry.

By the way that if There was something.

Letters from the girl killed his sister in the United States.

Carlotta Adams.

If.

I was not pleased to text in the last letter,

especially read by Japp aloud.

I had to take it in my hands and feel it.

Thanks to God his Gentile sister sent me this

And also letters prior to compare them.

See here.

s very interesting. Really.

This is the last letter and these previous

do you see any difference?

No, you can not do at a glance.

These, without exception, are bent, as a book

but this is the only...

that has been broken.

Does that mean something?

No thing, yet.

But one thing clear,

the killer does not advance to lady Edgwere presented to dinner

and I did not know absolutely nothing of the existence of this letter,

clearly the scope participation

Carlotta Adams in the trick.

It is poignant. This letter is in fact

the dead to us talking woman in her own voice.

If Ronald Marsh is more guilty..?

Sit there... Guarda silence, Please... I'm working...

Okay, okay.

Of course.

Hastings, please see here.

I would like to see this.

"Remember Ronald Marsh, you speak of the"

Continues to another page... Liked my imitation of Jane Wilkinson

All these letters are very well written

and there was something in that transition that bothered me.

And then, suddenly I realized

of pulled out one page entire between these two.

What? If

The killer due to discover this letter by accident,

and saw that they named you in This page.

But removing it skillfully, could give the impression

Ronald Marsh was of made the instigator of the trick.

Be devilishly clever be true.

Yes, well, the murderer is very skillful

and that virtually eliminates the young Knight in prison at the moment.

As you can be sure of that?

By small grey cells.

Magnificent journalists Victorian...

Did something for... With real sharks.

If. Did something to angry. Not be if with sticks...

And the love scene

the director wants you make nude.

Can you imagine?

Even with the hat?

Magnificent journalists Victorian. From Ogar up...

Detectives are fashionable on American television.

Fashionable. I will be honest with you.

Sincerity is the best, ask anyone.

Here's sincerity.

I am a talented producer, you are a famous detective.

What that tells you that?

Miniseries. There is a miniseries on you.

I doubt it, even I have tonsils.

I regret this, but if you want to negotiate, call my people.

The Wildburn have my phone. I'm Mickey of Gi, almorcemos.

See you.

Who said it? Do you speak their language?

No, sounded a little East.

Oh, I see that actor and designer were reconciled.

Merton Duke becomes well away from his fiance.

I do not think that there is a commitment announcement very soon.

It is a very glamorous occasion.

I did not understand a Word Since I come here,

but I have a prior commitment.

I leave you to make you despidas by my, my dear Hastings.

But Poirot, returns, you can't Let me here with these artists.

Thank you Ms. Carroll, thank you by giving me your valuable time.

Lady Geraldine asked me I stay

to order family matters.

This should be part of it.

Lady Geraldine seems to want to much his cousin Ronald Marsh.

Too, in my opinion. Does not share your enthusiasm?

Decidedly not. But I don't think that it should be in prison.

Lady Edgwere mato honourable, do it.

It should never be accepted again in this House.

Lady Edgwere, I would like to hear your opinion.

We were discussing the criterion of Paris.

I am...

Have a terrible approach in Paris, do not believe?

Treat Americans so grossly... bad business.

No, I don't mean Paris Prince

whose abduction of Helen I've been to the Trojan war.

The Trojan war? should have been before my time,

I hardly remember Korea.

Isn't it funny? Yes, very sophisticated.

Thanks again for his great kindness.

Please forgive me.

Oh, my glasses.

My poor Madam. are broken?

I do not think so. I think they are intact.

they are intact.

I've been new shoes. They are very slippery.

And I am very clumsy. forgive me.

Of course.

One minute. Mr. Poirot These are not my glasses.

Clear that if these are mine, but they are not...

They are accurate, that extraordinary.

Extraordinary...

If these are mine.

Goodbye. Having a good day Mr. Poirot.

Mr. Hastings... Excuse. If?

I am sorry. Can we talk? Mr Poirot did?

If, while, do what I wanted to talk with the?

Poirot think it me is wrong to you've left me as well.

Oh, God...

I had my reasons.

This is Donald Ross; Who? the young actor who brought us.

In the Convertible car. If.

ALO?. Poirot..

Yes, Mr. Ross, what can I do for you?

What? of course, I hope. Had to go to meet the door.

Who told you?

He said that he wanted to talk to you of the death of lord Edgwere

and what lady Edgwere said of Paris.

What Paris? Then explained you.

Yes, what Alo?

ALO?

We know where you live?

Oh yes, I have his card.

I think that... We must hurry.

Go there.

Dead.

A stab in the base of the skull.

The fault is mine.

If I had a tenth of your ability It would have known that it was in danger.

Oh my Hastings, poor lucky that you don't know.

If you had a mind as mine to suspect everything...

But what that could have said you? Lady Edgwere been possible...

that offend both the young in Paris?

No idea. Sir Montague was speaking of the criterion of Paris

and she thought that the was speaking of the city,

but that is not precisely a surprise.

Obviously this woman does not have great knowledge of Greek culture.

If... the other Paris.

and I have been wrong all the time.

Rare thing in my.

To who name? To lady Edgwere.

Cannot be found.

She said that it would be evidence costume all afternoon.

Because much better wish talk with... what Alo?

Is lady Edgwere?

Tests costume? Why Ellis?, do you?

Does not recognize my voice?

Poirot..

If that Nice, thank you.

It is very important to see the more soon as possible.

Could come here?

Do not know my address?

Yes, but is,52,52.

See you soon, thanks.

Here, Ms. Ellis.

Oh, Dear Ms. Ellis, be polite. in coming, you have little time -

What you talk about is confidential, of course.

These are simple questions.

For example how long? has been serving lady Edgwere?

Seven years, Mr.

Seven years? Enough time? to learn about their affairs?

I chose evil Word. Friends, enemies?

I would say Yes.

You know that since a year ago

She and Mr Bryan Martin they are more than good friends.

Yes, do as what...?

And he would have married with Mr. Bryan Martin

If lord Edgwere you would Since the divorce.

Yes, but... but, but...

The Duke of Merton He made his appearance on stage.

Thus it is.

If I has confirmed that thought...

Oh, take a sweet...

This doomed carpet! Sorry, Hastings, you said...

Sorry, dear. Sorry.

Don't worry.

Here is her...

What?

My glasses.

If broke you the glasses are pagare them course.

Please review them to see if it looks good.

they are good.

It is wonderful, wonderful.

That's all. Thank you, dear.

Find a taxi, please.

Poirot..

Your these plotting something. You've never been so clumsy.

How clumsy?

These are the glasses Ms. Ellis.

But be devolviste.

If I did it.

I gave those who were inside the case carlotta Adams makeup.

and you were perfectly well.

These should be the spare. I am thus of clumsy.

Hastings, I've been a fool, oh if...

But get the time to gather all those involved.

Cut!

Wonderful. Thanks to everyone. One hour for lunch.

I want another.

As that want to another?

I want another.

But it was perfect.

It wasn't perfect.

Jake Slagel do... much better.

Okay, we'll talk lunch.

Thank you.

Oh Poirot, which makes around here?

This research by finish. The backdrop is about to fall.

I hope not later. Give me this hour massages.

If I will be the most brief possible as soon as you reach each other.

The others? What others?

Japp, I must admit that I made a mistake in this case.

Sorry, for now the killer This prisoner,

Order to waste time?

No, give me a time and shows it by I'm wrong.

Since the beginning of the case I had suspicions of Mr Martin.

It amuses him?

It is generous Mr. Martin share joy, perhaps with lady Edgwere.

Let me say that the day for your holiday

This romantic actor, I hope, to try to convince me

of that when I speak of liquidate lord Edgwere

It was no joke.

What?

Look, just wanted to talk to him a personal matter.

If, and nothing more staff incriminate to lady Edgwere

But he didn't understand why I had, so I suddenly remembered

lord Edgwere told me in a tone of some bitterness

that his wife had left to marry "true actor"

But the temptation, of course, made this adorable creature

Changed their minds!

and instead of wanting to marry with an actor

decided to marry a Duke.

Of course that the idol of million felt angry, humiliated

to see such collapse in their seductive powers.

So I plan his revenge: and the revenge was murdering lord Edgwere

making believe that lady Edgwere was the culprit.

Wait a moment...

They saw him coming to the property,

I had a reason to commit the murder.

and had the opportunity to do so.

But I did not.

Okay, I admit that I wanted to avenge me for letting me, Jane

but swear you that this night talk

had no idea that the old I would be dead the following day.

Only that I did not!

Of course you did it not.

But you wanted to use Hercules Poirot as uses for the doubles

to make any dramatic, unusual, imaginative

or dangerous work.

Oh if you followed him

and came close to crime, maximum crime: murder.

You did everything he could to excite my curiosity

It was a dismal performance.

What?

"I appreciate it"

Mr. Marsh, I have never seen his films, or as called,

But if that night together at the River was an example

I prefer making row to go to the dentist.

You hear, please wait...

Oh, this offended actor ego.

Because the ego of Hercule poirot also offended.

What you believed that with his performance? could influence me my or Hastings?

Of course not He committed a murder.

Poirot, I do not believe...

Everything that the gentleman says you write someone,

wherever to be moved, What makes another by;

It is only able to stopped loving to the people.

Of course did not commit murder.

But I can tell you now who committed the murder.

Knows that you suspected of the Mr Martin from the outset,

but there were two things I teased:

How it was the tone of voice?

telefoneo lady women's Edgwere lord Montague dinner?,

and to whom they belonged glasses

who were in the Carlotta case?

Glasses? Which glasses?

Please... Please... Which glasses?

Wait and you will know it.

Then I received the letter Carlotta you command your sister.

I immediately saw that you a page had disappeared,

probably in that page are revealing the identity of the killer

But there were other changes insignificant; missing two letters.

At the top where said:

"To the liked my imitation" "by Jane Wilkinson"

missing two letters an "L" and an "A":

To read "When she liked" "my imitation of Jane Wilkinson"

Is lady Edgwere is? are you guilty of everything?

Or Geraldine who hated? both his father?

Or Ms. Carroll that? used corrective lenses?

Or Ms. Driver that felt? so many lady Edgwere jealousy?

O..? Poirot, please...

Please, before the ages and I retire. who did it?

A little more and reveal you the fruit of my research.

Carlotta Adams exits his apartment at seven

and take a taxi to a small hotel

in a remote part City

where must you register with a false name.

Takes its makeup case

and a few glasses to gave as a costume.

An hour later touch the door

and Carlotta opens to...

lady Edgwere.

Hello. Hello.

This is going to be fun.

The two women exchanged their costumes

The evening gown and Jane Hat

by the black dress and the Carlotta Pearl necklace.

Then in the wig from Jane Wilkinson, Carlotta leaves the hotel

to practise their cover talent.

Sir Montague dinner.

Which leaves impressed like Donald Ross

with their knowledge of the Greek art

The guests were unknown

because Montague likes to present new and different people in their meetings.

In these circumstances, Carlotta Adams

with his hair, imitating their voice and their manners,

all of which he persuaded It was Jane Wilkinson.

And if not so expected.

With a dark wig to mimic the hair of Carlotta.

and with the black dress and glasses,

Jane Montague House call asking about lady Edgwere

If you have not discovered that She is Carlotta

She will have to respond simply "okay".

To hear these words Jane will run as planned.

Enter House of excellence

Removes and hides the wig and glasses

then plays the buzzer the Butler opens the door...

and passes through the lobby while Ms. Carroll viewed from above,

go to the library...

and once there stabs her husband.

I have not because hearing this.

Because you need to do so.

You have a great imagination

and is a great account stories

But I didn't have any reason to kill my husband

the me was to grant the divorce You told me.

As I knew it would.

But the circumstances had changed.

You would no longer to marry with a actor, would not, married a Duke

an aristocrat who could not marrying a divorcee

Of course that a widow under certain circumstances

It would be acceptable.

Where was?

Oh if...

Meet the matter, Jane return to the hotel room

where to place a box of mother-of-Pearl

with a bit of veronal,

in the case of Carlotta makeup.

But it is a letter where your name mentioned

and revealing everything.

Probably his first reaction was panic

We must destroy it,

but to read it realizes something

that if you delete a single page,

You can delete any mention of his name

and leaves as responsible all Ronald Marsh.

Even if the note an alibi There will be named accusing him.

Pleased with itself,

breaks a bit the other pages the letter see consistent

and again the letter where it was

Made to wait for Carlotta return

without realizing that inadvertently..

to left inside glasses in the case of makeup,

glasses which had been taken of Alice, her maid.

That was his only mistake.

If you have not found glasses

boxed Carlotta..

had never been able to follow him track crime you

Meanwhile at home of lord Edgwere

the Butler enters the library

and killed his patron.

Have to call the police

but it is... three thousand pounds in French francs

on the desktop.

The temptation is too great

and immediately goes into hiding money or leave it with a friend.

Planning another discover the body the next morning

It is therefore to; not to Bryan Martin

who Ronald Marsh seen entering the home

Later when Scotland Yard begins to investigate

Butler's startled and disappears.

Are already more than eleven,

and Carlotta returns to the hotel proud of its successful imitation

return to change of Jane clothing has served champagne

she insists that deliver

until you empty the bottle

and Carlotta has consumed a lethal dose of veronal.

By midnight,

Carlotta Adams will be asleep bed...

and dead.

Two murders...

but lack one more.

The Wildburn luncheon

Jane joins a conversation on the judgement of Paris

This draws attention the young Donald Ross

Since Jane Wilkinson to the He had met at a dinner of Montague

was a great knowledge of history and art,

For reasons that do not understand Jane Wilkinson this seemed strange...

at the, a different woman.

When van speech with my partner, Hastings

Jane hears the conversation

and realizes that his lie has been discovered

The same day, later, just When Mr Ross I telefoneaba

someone touches to your door... Jane!

Naturally the surprises See Jane Wilkinson

but not feel fear

Unfortunately for the, do not feel fear.

Is my story? Ms. Wilkinson?

Quite correct, Hercules.

Quite correct.

Poirot..

as did you?

My grey cells.

will have ud. which accompany me, Mrs.

Jane, only a few words.

Has come to say goodbye, Hercules?

Not wrong, madame. I do not feel any pleasure with this.

Thank you for your support.

I am not annoyed with you,

you did what I had to do what is right?.

Invitation, madame.

If...

No problem.

The only thing I could interpret are dumb Blondes

But I can be ready if I want, right?

What fool you.

Almost.

Is for you. Thank you.

Thank you.

I regret what happened.

Not of George, the deserved it.

Do not imagine things find out which of the.

I have your autograph?, please.

Do you know something?

I will be more famous My murders

that for my films.

I don't think so, now that you know better, and its audience

I think that it will be made famous by the films of their murders.

and there is another first actor who wants to work...

than you.

We are, Hercules.

I am sorry, Poirot.

from you, honourable.

Thank you, inspector Japp.

Get me your autograph please? Of course.

Have you been in United States?

My mother... that action.

Beautiful woman, do not you think, Poirot.

Oh gorgeous Oh yes, Hastings.

But nobody influence Hercule Poirot.
