The larvae must pupate

and then once they mature into beetles,
exit the body en masse.

- That explains the condition
of the face and throat.

Only how did they get into
the lungs to begin with?

for asthma and cystic fibrosis.

And so far, we're having some luck
at clearing his lungs.

that are in his lung tissue,
