so yeah i was asked this question before

and somebody told me like what is the

thing that you regret the most

and i thought about the answer but

it took me a minute to think about it

and i think

the right thing that i said at the time

was i reflected back the question and i

told him the right question to say is

basically to what extent do you think we

should regret the things that we regret

because of course everybody has regrets

but if you don't have if you have never

done mistakes so

what is your life

because life is all about experimenting

like going after the things that you

want to try uh

fighting for the things that you want to

achieve in life your goals and your

ambitions and all of that so if you've

never done mistakes then you've done

nothing because every with every

instinct comes a listen and that's i

guess the whole purpose of like having

regrets and having

listens being learned out of these

mistakes or regrets

um

so yeah i guess that's the right answer

that you should tell somebody you think

about like to what extent am i supposed

to regret these things i've done in the

past maybe and to what extent i should

let these things rule and control my

future that's the most important thing
