that would violate the agreement.

Keep in mind they still regard Heveena
with a great deal of suspicion.

They'll be looking for any indication
that she's broken her word

to stop smuggling
newborn females off Moclus.

which will rendezvous with one
of their shuttles in orbit of the colony.

between Moclus
and the rest of the Union right now.

They're our strongest ally
against the Kaylon threat,

so we can't afford to do
anything that might make things worse.
