amongst them Jeremy Gauntlet who used to

numbers don't add up as the MDC alleges

or that they do as a Zimbabwe electoral

commission and Zano PF claims

the applicant made several allegations

of irregularities against the Zimbabwe

electoral Commission

which was sought to be related to its

failure

to discharge its obligations in terms of

the law

no proof or evidence was accused by the

applicant himself

of these allegations best evidence in

this instance would have been the

contents of the ballot boxes themselves

that is the primary source evidence

in the final analysis

the court finds that the applicant has

failed to place before it

and credible evidence

in the result

the following order is made

in terms of section 93

from 64. some paragraph D of the

Constitution

is duly declared

the winner of the presidential elections

issue of the national economic crisis
