The Champions have dominated
reward challenges.

But at the first immunity challenge
they came up short.

Contenders win immunity,
sending Champions to tribal council.

Seven strong, the champion athletes
formed a majority.

And they made the first move.

Just had to go with the gut feeling
of what's best for the tribe.

- The tribe has spoken.

People's champion Luke put his
Survivor experience to good use.

I've got a clue. I'm going to just
blindside the shit out of somebody.

He and supermodel David...

..along with Pia and Janine...

..came up with a plan

to get surfing champion Ross
and AFL legend Abbey

to flip on the athletes.

You've got to work that flirting magic.

But...

..in the toughest immunity challenge
in Survivor history...

..it was strength
that got their tribe across the line.

Champions win immunity,
sending Contenders to tribal council.

PhD student Baden
looked certain to go home.

I don't want to be the first one
voted out of this tribe.

I am playing with people who don't
feel that they can achieve,

but they CAN achieve.

survival of the smartest.

So, when you're rolling around in
the sand and the mud all the time,

The best way to do that

He's well proportioned.

Last night,
we had the worst rain.

It's just been a major wake-up call
of how Survivor is.

Back home it's completely opposite
because my whole life is my children.

And then here,
I'm just trying to survive on my own.

Oh, I don't even want
to look at mine.

I've been here six days.

I haven't cleaned my teeth.
I feel really, really dirty.

I think the food is really tough

because you don't have much,
you know, variety.

Sometimes we get some fish.

- Hey.
- Starter.

But as an endurance athlete,
I'm not going to give up.

I might talk about,
"Oh, gosh, that was a bad night,"

but I'm definitely not giving up.

I'll be the last one, hopefully.

Did you do another swim?

No. Oh, no. 'Cause those swims
are, like, 39 hours.

Like, you're training
six hours a day.

So you can't do that with kids.
And I did everything I wanted to do.

I can't go further than that.

I just want to wash my hair so bad.

Both of your hair looks amazing.

At home I don't get up in the
morning off the leaves and the sand

and pick bugs off me.

I've got this diary and I block it
out in one hour, half hour...

- Oh, really?

So I know exactly what I'm doing
every day.

It's all structured.
I've got a very structured life.

So, then to be here and go,
"Don't have to go..."

It's actually quite nice.

My normal life is negotiations,
mergers, acquisitions.

I am a workhorse. I'm a machine.

People ask me
what has made me successful.

I am ridiculously competitive
and I'm ambitious.

Boost wouldn't be what it is today
if I wasn't ambitious.

600 stores, 15 countries,
10,000 people, $3 billion.

People will look at me
and go, "Oh, yeah,

"she's the businesswoman that sits behind
a desk all day in front of computers."

When I knew
I was going on to Survivor

I hired an ex-Navy SEAL who just
helped me upping my fitness regime.

So I'm probably in the best shape
I've been in.

I hope to be underestimated.

I love Survivor. I love the game.

And to have an opportunity to play
it is extraordinary.

I'm not doing it for the money.

I'm doing it
to be the Sole Survivor.

Of course I'm going in to win.
Failure is not an option.

You know, the amount of times people
say, "You know, Janine, I tried."

Well, try harder.

The problem is right now
I'm on the bottom of the pack.

When we first started Survivor,
the guys, led by Steve,

created the sporting alliance,

which obviously being
a businesswoman I was not invited.

There is a sporting...professional
sporting alliance.

If we go to tribal council,

this will actually dictate
the rest of the game.

If they go, then they'll go,
pick, pick, pick, pick, pick.

Simon, ET, Abbey, Ross and Susie

and then the rest with Pia, Luke,
David and myself.

We've got to find a crack
in the sports alliance

if we want to survive in this game.

as one of the most famous models

She's reached the top of her field.

Unfortunately, that's something
I haven't done myself.

I had 12 years in the AFL system...

..before my career
was halted through injury.

I couldn't compete again.

I played 98 games.

I think every player wants to reach
the century gamewise,

so to fall two games short,
it really stung.

So, there is
a lot of unfinished business.

In my footy career I didn't achieve
a lot of what I set out to achieve,

I didn't play 100 games
and I didn't win any premierships.

Survivor is a chance
for me to fill a void.

And to walk away
with the title of Sole Survivor

will complete something
that I feel is missing.

It would be a dream come true.

and, you know, she was pretty small.

They're very tight

the 22-year-old PhD student
from Adelaide.

Hannah, a hairdresser from Bendigo,

and Sarah, the cleaner and the only
other old person on this tribe.

And then you have the people
floating in the middle.

You have Sammy, the casino hostess,

Casey, the flowery campervan girl.

It smells unbelievable.
Heavenly.

Harry, ice-cream man from WA.

You just, like, knock your head
back, it smells that good.

And then you have me -

undoubtedly the biggest superfan
to ever play Australia Survivor,

or any Survivor,
for all that matter.

The Contenders have got a grudge.

We've got something to prove now,
so every single person on this tribe

is gonna be trying to take
the Champions down.

And I'm absolutely gonna be
a part of that.

I'm not feeling comfortable
right now at all.

Me and Luke, Janine and Pia,
we are on the bottom of the tribe.

We need to pull a couple more
numbers from the sportsmen's alliance.

I can think of a couple of
easy targets.

We really need to make sure
I can stitch things up with Abbey.

And Luke can stitch things up
with Ross.

If we can get those two across,

then we're gonna be in a really,
really good position.

If not, we're in big trouble.

Today's challenge - you will race to
dig your whole tribe under a log.

You'll then carry a heavy plank

that will help you move
through a series of obstacles.

You will use that plank
to create a seesaw

that will lift a tribe mate
to collect sandbags.

Once you have all your sandbags,
five of you will each hold up a pole

while two of you will attempt
to land the sandbags on top of them.

First tribe to land the sandbag
on top of each of their poles

wins immunity, safe from the vote.

Losing tribe,
it's a trip to tribal council

where one of you will become the
third person voted out of this game.

Give you guys a minute to strategise,
we'll get to it.

Um, who do we want throwing?

if you're trying to go under

It's really hard to tell.

I think people are hoping
to go the same way.

Steven, it's easy in this game
if you spend time with people,

Because I think
in the first few days,

a couple of people in the tribe

that I hadn't really had

have been very muscle orientated

And why do you think that?

Because when I actually
came into the Champions tribe

I thought it would be
actually quite simple, right?

I just thought these people
are leaders in their field.

And to be
the best you can possibly be

you need the best possible team
you could possibly have.

I think there's a couple of strong
voices that are sort of saying,

"Well, let's go this way."

But I'm just so perplexed

that a team of champions, we're
actually acting like contenders

by not keeping the strongest tribe.

We have to get the strongest team
going forward

or we are going to be here
every single night.

And I like you, but not that much.

Hopefully
if there's someone here wavering,

"Do I vote Janine
or do I vote the weakest link?"

They wouldn't sit there and go,
"Who do we like the most?"

They would go, "Who is the best team
to actually achieve our goals?"

And that's what they would think.

It's awesome to hear Janine speak

You know, I come from
a sporting background

and she's just hit the nail
on the head for me, personally

in the fact that
in a team environment,

you know, if you're in the team,
great, but you've got to perform.

And if you don't,

unfortunately you're the one that's
either going to get sat on the bench

or dropped from the team.

For me coming in it is quite tricky.

do I go down that component?

Or do I go the other way
and potentially, you know,

vote for somebody who I think maybe
the majority is going to go with?

you're disloyal early in the game?

I don't think it's a good thing to
be disloyal at any time in the game

whether it's the start, the middle
or the finish.

Certainly not the way
that I want to play the game.

I want to stick to my word.

And, you know, I like the "outplay",
