All language subtitles for 11. Manage Roles

In this video I will show you how you can manage page shows on your Facebook page and also understand

the difference between the roles.

So while we will do is on our Facebook page we would click in that Rops top right corner on set things

we would go to Peytral on the left hand side click there and here are a place where we manage page rules.

So this field here if you type in any name or e-mail address you can't simply choose the scroll down

menu here between six different roles that you can pick for that particular person and an and add to

manage your site in any way.

And these six different options to know the meaning of them.

Either you can click on them and you can see this little text here is an explanation of what they're

doing.

So this is Facebook's help center and just by scrolling down here you can see the different six options

for managing your page on Facebook.

What the roles are able to do so here as an example if you're having a colleague or a partner or anything

a person that you really really trust they can manage your site the same way as you can.

So you can add them in here as an admin OK if you have an editor they can do almost anything on your

Facebook page but not manage page roles and settings and you can see.

Moderator gets less options to do on your site and advertisers also as you can see here for example

advertise that if you have a freelancer who is going to run ads for you on your Facebook page the only

thing they can do really is create ads.

This is a column here as you can see they can create ads viewer in sites statistics of people visiting

your site and so on what types of polls that people are really engaging with and so on and also see

who is lighting things on the page and analyst.

If you're hiring an analyst or having that within your company they also can view in sites and so on.

So this is where you do it.

So once again go to your Facebook page click on settings go down to page roles and just add their email

or name here in this field choose any Peytral for the particular person within your company or freelancer

that your are hiring and just click here and then add and click on this button page roles to see more

what they are able to do on your site.
