Scott into harming himself.

because I've never heard
such a wild argument

in open court before.

of wrongdoing,
something to hang your hat on

in order to enter into
evidence Agent Scott's

truthful and extremely
relevant testimony.

Testimony he would otherwise
have given himself,

if it were not

And after BABIACK and Olek

began to argue,
what happened next?

Kovalev pulled this gun
out of his jacket

and shot BABIACK dead.

He didn't hesitate.

He just shot him,
like it was no big deal.

That is the kind of monster
that Kovalev is.

Has the jury reached a verdict?

We have, Your Honor.

We the jury find the defendant
Danilo Kovalev

guilty on all counts.
