All language subtitles for 03-COVID-2020 Merch Jumpstart

Hey,

guys.

I wanted to welcome the new members that join the

Amazon murch course recently.

I know there's been a recent wave of applicants that

were accepted after about,

I'm going to a month-and-a-half during the covid stuff where,

you know,

a lot of things related to Amazon murch were Frozen,

including letting new applicants in.

So,

if,

if you're brand-new,

I just want to give you like a quick,

let's just say maybe 5 minutes or less a jump-start

as to what to do.

Now that you're in Amazon merch.

Now the first thing you'll notice,

as when I log into Amazon murch,

my dashboard looks different than yours.

I use this Chrome extension called,

pretty merch for Merch by Amazon,

and it would look at that.

I didn't even know I was in the the little

promo,

but there I am the top right corner.

Pretty cool.

But yeah,

you can just Google it.

I've got a link in my course as well.

But you can grab the free version and the free

version will still make your dashboard.

Look,

nice and pretty,

you know,

they called pretty much for a reason to go out

and grab that.

It's much better than the default Amazon merch dashboard.

All right.

Once you have that come up here to the green

plus sign and this is how you publish a new

product.

Now,

as far as likes action items go,

this is going to be the first thing that you

will want to do you.

Now you're in the tent here,

when your recently accepted into merch by Amazon,

when you're in the tent here,

you can upload a maximum of 10 products at anytime

and you can only upload one product a day.

Now.

This is a far cry from me right now,

you know,

my accounts in the tier 20,000

and I can upload,

I think 2,000

products a day,

which is absurd.

So as you sell more Amazon merch,

look at you,

make sales Amazon,

murch will increase your tear.

And,

you know,

after 10 to hear,

you'll go to tr25,

you'll be able to lift 25 shirts maximum at a

time and upload two shirts today,

which by the way,

that's subject to change.

It was too sure.

Today,

when I was 25,

so it may be for sure.

Today for you cuz they,

they do change these things.

But once you have pretty much,

I want to upload a product.

So come up to the green plus sign up here

and click one.

Plus this will take you to the product upload screen.

Now.

The first thing you'll notice is right here at the

top.

It says,

press,

publishing disabled for certain products.

So right now publishing is disabled in the United States,

which is the number one Marketplace.

That's not a good thing.

So what you are going to want to do is

publish a product in UK and Germany.

Germany is the biggest market.

So there's a I'm just showing you real quick.

All this stuff is goes into way more deaths in

the course,

but this is just your you're to s intro real

quickly.

All right,

if I wanted to show you using like one minute

really quick.

I might go to this website photo Pia and it's

like a free version of Adobe Photoshop and it lets

me create a design really quickly.

So I would say with 4,500

height,

5400,

and create.

Now,

those of the Amazon merch Dimensions,

I could Didn't,

you know,

add some text and say,

you know,

my first design or whatever it is.

I want to say.

So this is a really poor example of like a

design,

but you can create a design again at these Dimensions.

4500 by 5400 pixels and save it

and then you can come over here to the upload

screen.

You'd have to save it as a PNG by the

way.

Come over here to the upload screen.

You're going to want to hit select products.

Deselect all so that nothing's checked.

And then right here,

standard t-shirt.

This is the best seller.

This is what you want to prioritize uploading to.

And again,

we cannot upload 22.com.

You'll notice that the highlighted items can be published and

it's everything.

Under.com

and standard t-shirt.

Remember if you check more than one box,

this counts as two uploads.

So this will not work.

Make sure only one box is checked because you're into

your 10.

If you can only do one a day,

right?

As you sell more,

you'll be able to do more all at once.

But right now it's only one.

So I would recommend the German Market which is.

D e cuz it is a bigger Market as far

as like,

you know,

Amazon goes amazon.de

has more customers than.

Co.

Uk,

so I'm going to check the box for standard t-shirt.

you would upload your design here and click upload artwork,

upload the design and then you're gonna want to go

to edit details,

select.

What's the 10 different colors?

The dark colors,

sell better than the light colors.

Believe Amazon actually publicly states that and then hear,

this is another important Park as for your royalty.

You want to bring this down to zero?

Alright,

so figure out what number I forget

off top.

My head are 13.30

Euro.

Gives you a zero royalty by doing this.

You're increasing the likelihood of making sales dramatically because if

customers search for your design and they sort by Price

low to high,

you're going to show up.

Hopefully near the top.

Right?

I mean,

you and everybody else that's got their shirts priced at

the minimum price point is going to be competing for

the top spot.

Remember in the 10 tear your only goal is not

to make money.

It's just to make more sales because you know,

you got to kind of defer profitability right now,

you're trying to get your upload slots raised from 10

to 25 then from 25 to 100 and then from

100 to 500 in it that point,

you can start thinking about you.

It's really up to you.

But if you have 500 upload slots,

you can make way more money than if you have

100 or 10 if you have 25 more than if

you have 10,

so again,

I'm very strongly,

suggesting you do standard t-shirts,

minimum price.

Come down here.

Now.

This is a German market.

So if you want to,

you can always do English to German.

Just go to Google English to German.

And you can say,

funny,

whatever your,

your,

your niches funny Father's Day shirt.

All right,

and that translates right there.

You just copy it.

Bring it back over here.

Make that your your brand.

Make it your title brands of bullets to script whatever

you want to do,

but it's good to put your primary keywords in the

brand title.

Sorry brands at the bottom title.

And all right,

and then you should be able to

What is it saying?

Oh,

yeah,

I didn't upload it design.

That's why you should see a green publish button,

right in.

Once you published your one shirt for the day that

might not be green anymore.

But you should be able to once a day hit

publish.

Submit this for review to merch by Amazon and then

within a day or so you should.

I don't know if you receive a notification anymore.

I don't think you do but maybe in the tents

are you do it used to be that you would

receive an email every time a new product went live?

I don't think it's no it's no longer like that

anymore because when you have like $20,000

so I can get,

twenty thousand emails,

is brutal needs to be deleting emails,

literally all day,

then do this.

Every day until you have 10 of 10 upload slots.

They resumed publishing in the United States.

What you can do is come back and delete.

Some of these products you've created in the smaller markets

cuz even though German the German Mark is bigger than

the UK Market.

It's still much smaller than the US market,

right?

So we really want to Is that?

So,

if you're 10 of 10,

and you've got five shirts in UK five shirts in

Germany,

but now you can publish in the US.

If you're still in the tent here,

each day,

delete one shirt from UK,

upload want to the United States,

then the next day,

delete one shirt from Germany,

upload.

Another,

to the United States cuz the likelihood of you making

a sales maximized by being in the market with the

most,

customers pricing your shirt at the lowest price possible and

obviously,

having Wellness well-researched,

niches and big bold design all these things.

I know that rather than having to dive in and
