I want to explain my search merch tool.

It's very useful.

If you are selling on merch by Amazon,

because it will filter out non-merchant by Amazon products.

Now,

before we even get started,

I just want to make clear that.

Like,

if you're intending to sell on Redbubble,

you would want to research Redbubble products if you want

to sell on Etsy search at Sea products.

Do you want to sell on Amazon?

It gets a little tricky because there are merch by

Amazon products which are subject to a very strict content

policy.

And then there's everything else that comes in through Seller

Central or me know any other portal that exists.

All right.

So it's more or less specific to merch by Amazon

where I think this is like a must when you

are researching is this niche of something I should sell?

Or you know,

are you vicious validating keywords?

Like is this word safe?

So you're going to want to filter out,

non Amazon,

murch products,

what you can do by using the search merch tool.

Now.

I just want to show you that like,

I have mine on my website and I have Not

updated it.

So it really only supports US market.

T-shirts hoodies sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts,

but there is one on Merchant former and I will

link to both of them below and what are Merchant

former supports US market,

German market and UK market and supports all of the

different product types.

There's a mean building these out,

for a web developer is not the hardest thing in

the world,

but I just haven't had time to like go in

and update mine.

So if you want,

I would like to research for throw pillows or something

or phone cases.

All you have to do is coming here and type

in,

you know,

some Amish keyword and then you can search my product

type.

So if I just searched t-shirt after typing in Chihuahua,

all of the listings in search results will be Amazon

murch listings that are indexed on the word Chihuahua typically,

you know,

depending on what the Amazon algorithm is doing that day.

You typically see the best sellers at the top.

But I have seen recently where they've been running experiments

and putting the bestsellers about halfway down the page all

in the same row,

which is interesting.

Yeah,

like doesn't look like.

There's necessarily a row of products that stands out as

being all the best sellers right now.

But anyways,

yeah,

that's why you use the DS Amazon,

quickview,

Chrome extension that I mentioned in this course,

to assist you in getting a quick Glimpse at

the niche as a whole.

So,

like I said,

like you can evaluate all the page one just by

looking,

you know,

at the best-seller ranks that get populated underneath each.

Listening with the DS,

Amazon,

quickview,

Chrome extension is the other thing you need to know

about using the Search tool.

I can't now Stay on Amazon and type in Chihuahua,

tank top.

If I do this,

it's going to break the hidden key words that were

filtering out,

non-emergent products,

and it's going to then let in products that are

not necessarily merch by Amazon.

So Sprint,

since this one right here.

The interest rate that is not a merch by Amazon

tank top,

so,

that is only able to get in because I went

up and I researched Amazon.

The right way to do.

This is to,

I guess we have to jump on over to Merchants

Farmers switch this to tank top and then hit search.

And now,

you'll notice we should not see any non Amazon merch

tank top listings.

Which appears to be the case?
